The flat is nice with good furniture and modern design. The view to the ocean is great. The host is very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantages are some noice from the street and that busses stop going at 8pm, which means that if you don't have a car, it is a good walk uphill to get to the flat during evenings.

A very nice apartment with a sea view. Right on the beach is not true because in between is still at least one street. Otherwise, very nice furnishings.

The apartment is newly renovated, beautiful, up to 6 people, nice terrace with sea views. There is something above Nice, the port about 30 minutes on foot. Recommended, but only if you can tolerate large street noise (Aug 2012) can.

You will be refunded the total price minus the Wimdu cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 2 days before check-in (by 12 noon, local time). For cancellations that are made less than 2 days before check-in, you will be refunded 5% of the total price minus the cancellation fee.
