The apartment is located close to Times Square and is located but in a quiet side street - inclusive absolute silence from the street noise. Ultimately you get exactly what you read about the home and how it is displayed - with only a few traces have to expect more. A really good value for money.

Very nice apartment that reflects Photos provided on the site, a bit noisy with the window open because of the motors of air conditioners. Very near Time Square so comfortable. They could only tell that there was nobody to expect but that the door and the door of the house open from goodness knows where. We lost a lot of time and patience to understand, because the guy that answered the telephone there said nothing, just opened. Anyway I recommend it.

Nice apartment, very well located, 5 minutes walking distance to Times Square and Central Park 15 mm. Clean but no more lacking in equipment. No problem when we arrived to collect the keys. It lacked the towels but after everything was ok email very quickly.

My daughter and a friend stayed in this one-bedroom, 3rd floor apartment for three nights in July. With two window air-conditioners, we were comfortable despite the hot weather. We felt very safe. The apartment's WiFi worked well, and it now has a dining table with four chairs. It is not in the greatest condition (slightly reminiscent of a college apartment), but the location is perfect. The apartment's management contact was highly responsive and helpful. The availability of a toaster and coffeemaker is nice. The towels were large and soft. Be sure and bring your own shampoo and soap. The apt has a hairdryer that works well. I will definitely consider using this service for my next stay in NYC.

Very central location! Times Square is within walking distance from the app. to achieve! Ideal for 2 people. We were third. There was no third blanket (sheets only), no toilet paper, Spülzeug for dishes ect. you would need if you live in an apartment. Upon request, the owner responded and wanted to take care of, but not passed the whole week. Upon arrival, the apartment was open when we left we should just pull the door ran. We liked that we could move the check out to the rear and that obtaining the app. was uncomplicated. The central location is worth it.
