Flat in Budapest with Huge Terrace

I went with 4 friends in the apartment of Paul. Excellent cleaning is that the location (5 minutes walk from the tram stop). Paul was very helpful and hospitable. Welcomed us with a smile even though we arrived in the night and told us the map of the city where he had already marked the location of our apartment and the main attractions. I recommend it.

Paul was a very friendly host and his apartment was perfect for us - 4 adults. The lovely terrace we had not really enjoyed, but it must be nice to sit on a warm evening with a glass of wine since it is in a lovely green area. It is perfectly located in quiet street close to lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. Especially the little wine bar two minutes from the apartment is a delightful experience. It's easy to get around on foot as well as by bus and Metro.

I just got back from Budapest with my group consists of 5 guys around and we stayed in this beautiful apartment and very well kept, Paul was a very kind person with us and was willing to welcome us all 'one night to be able to hand over the keys of the house, really cute ... The apartment is located close to a supermarket (about 50 meters) and a market open 24 hours a day (about 300 meters). Another point in favor of the house is the proximity to the stop of the only means which is operational 24 hours 24 (tram 6 or 4 to about 3 minutes walk from the apartment). Also nearby streets there are numerous places to go for a drink in the evening. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant stay in this beautiful city without making you forget to budget for a small stage at one of the many spas offering Budapest. Latest tip: when you get on tram, metro or bus be careful to always have the ticket because the controllers are always present. To all of you good holiday.

Stayed for five nights in October 2012. We are a family of 5 (3 x boys aged 5, 11 and 14) and the apartment was perfect for us during our stay in Budapest. The apartment was very clean and spacious with good size double and twin bedrooms. Our teenage son had a huge sofa bed in the lounge (in fact all 3 of our sons slept on it one night). The apartment has everything you need for your stay plus fast wireless internet and lots of English/kids channels on TV, which kept the boys happy after a long day in the city (take the kids to the zoo - fantastic day out). It was nice to have a table to seat us all for breakfast etc. A Spar is just 2 mins away and an Aldi is 10 mins away for picking up the essentials. It was close to the metro station (10 mins) and trams (2 mins) with a very good Italian restaurant right outside. Paul was the perfect host. He was there to meet us on arrival and departure, with some great tips on what to see and do in the city. He went the extra mile to help us get the most out of our stay, including leaving our bags there on the last day so we could get a few extra hours in the city. We bought the group travel card every day for around £9 which gets you on the trams, metro, buses plus free transport on the Danube! This is a much better option than paying through the nose for a river cruise (thanks again Paul for this tip). Use the airport mini bus / shuttle service to/from this apartment - fast/efficient and good value (£20 each way for 5 of us). If you are planning a trip to Budapest then I would highly recommend this apartment. Hope we can come back again in the future. Thanks again Paul!

Perfect, beautiful, quiet apartment with many amenities (reaturants and public transport) within walking distance.

Very nice apartment in a good location in Budapest (ATM, Supermarkets and restaurants very close by). The Metro was close to making all the beautiful spots of Budapest easy to reach. We were there with 2 children and 3 adults. The apartment was very spacious, fully equipped and also a lovely terrace for breakfast or for a last drink to drink before bedtime. Garage was a godsend for us. A must for anyone planning a trip to the beautiful city Budapest wants to do.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent - close to the city centre in a nice area with restaurants, public transport and a small supermarket and ATM at the end of the road. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable and Paul was an excellent host, accommodating our arrival and departure times and providing us with all the local information we needed. We hope to return another time.

A fantastic apartment, large, clean, perfect location close to everything. The balcony was wery nice! A quiet area with a bakery and a supermarket just around the corner. Paul was incredibly helpful and a wonderful wonderful host for our stay in Budapest. This very comfortable, tidy and modern apartment was fantastic and ticked every box!!!
