The stay was very pleasant and very welcoming hosts, we had a great time around a good tea. The room was large, clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was large clean and equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Really perfect and ten minutes walk from the center.

The house is very nice and it only takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center. The room is beautiful and ausgestatet bas very comfortable bed. Alan and Rey are very friendly and helpful. We have had many conversations and much laughter. Because they have a dog and a cat but it is not always and everywhere clean.

The host stated his profile said he was not available until 15:00, which we were not informed about by Wimdu or anybody else. We e-mailed our arrival time around noon the day before and noone there when we arrived. So, a bit of confusion at the arrival. Otherwise fine.

I needed a place to stay just for one night and I was happy that I received an answer to my email. I had a wonderful and cosy room and everything was clean and well prepared. The house is located in a very pleasant area of Edinburgh and in walking distance to the city center. For breakfast you can find lots of nice cafes. I can absolutely recommend it. Thanks Alan!

All good. Very clean and cosy room as well as adjacent bathroom. Television and DVDs included. Free and speedy Wifi connection. (Lock on door needs to be replaced, though.) Very friendly and caring hosts. Nice breakfast and top room service. Top location in the lively area of East-Edinburgh for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Central, stylish, friendly welcome and a warm, friendly and personal atmosphere.

The location was great (as I have noted before me, all - in 5-10 minutes you are everywhere!) And the big beautiful room. The bathroom is also very spacious and clean. Use of kitchen, however, was not there and I spoke with Alan nothing, except for the 3 sets of greeting. In this respect - good location, but just more of a guesthouse than a private accommodation. Was also my first booking with Wimdu ...

We had a very good time in this Room, it was clean and is gracious furnished. Alan and his partner are magnificent hoster and there is a cute cat which loves this room and all guests. The location is perfect, just 10 - 15 min. to walk and you can go nearly every in Edinburgh, and there are a lot restaurants and pubs near to the house, so there is nothing to complain about it was a perfect time, i think if i come back to Edinburgh, i will stay again in this room.
