Cozy Room with Balcony

We had a pleasant stay, perfect location, close to the harbor and the old town, the bakery and the supermarket next deur.Je should have a bit of fitness, because the apartment is on the fourth floor. It's very cheap, it is also true that there is no air conditioning in the room and the windows can be related muggen.Het bed was getting used to, but slept well. Opened only in the course of the night Ricardo is very friendly, but he only speaks spanish, we have lacked nothing.

WELL! VERY WELL! I have been very good, except for the mosquitoes that first night I got bitten :). The apartment has a strategic location! There are all the services to come back and we are only 1 minute walk from Rambla.Ricardo is very friendly and helpful and not at all pushy!! Of course it has 5 Dog French one sweeter for others which are very sociable and giocherelloni.Posso also confirm that the room is the same as the photos uploaded ... no cheating!

Ricardo is a very nice and quiet. The room was exactly what was advertised on the site. But if you are manic, do not forget your tissues! :-)

The location is Top but the house is not clean. It smells a lot like dog everywhere. Would not stay there again

We really have not been disappointed with this accommodation, the room is nice and spacious, ricardo sympathisue and discreet location and ideally located! We are very satisfied

The location was great, side street of the Ramblas. Ricardo was very helpful. Unfortunately no air conditioning in the room, which was very stuffy. The smell in the hallway also to the dogs.

First of all, Ricardo is a very friendly host. He borrowed us his parasol when we needed one to got the beach with our daugher. The apartment is located in the gothic quarter which is very central. Just a one minute walk to "La Rambla" and a 20 minute easy walk to the beach. The Room was clean and comfortable. One day we saw the cleaning lady preparing a room for the next guests. She was cleaning very thoroughly . We also disliked the smell in the kitchen, which we think were NOT because of the dogs but came from below the sink in the kitchen. It was hard to catch some sleep in the front room because of the noise in the streets were some night clubs /bars are located and because of the heat. But hey, this is Barcelona the city that never sleeps!!!

Ricardo is a lovely person. He does however have 5 dogs which makes the place smell. There is no fan in the room so it was extremely hot and very hard to sleep. We had to have the balcony open the whole time which let mosquitos in and lots and lots of noise. Great location though, very closeto Las Ramblas and the metro.

I had a very nice stay, good location in the Old Quarters.
