Room in a typical English Victorian house - WR4

Very good room, nice neighborhood, very quiet and very typical. Near the subway. Clean and quiet, spacious kitchen. That's positive!

We have been in this room a week. The room is very nice and warm although a little 'dusty. Shared bathrooms quite clean and warm. Some problems with the use of the kitchen, often busy in the evening. Great location and quiet neighborhood, with supermarkets, shops and transport nearby.

The house is in zone 3 of Londes, maybe something from the center if you are visiting to see the city. Yet this well served by public transport, although this is not surprising in the case of London. The room is somewhat small but sleep is more than enough, the window can not be opened, is blocked not allowing good ventilation. In my view the housekeeping could improve, especially that of the bathrooms, although I must say I've been in worse places. The kitchen is "the lawless city", I guess it depends on the people who are at the moment sharing the house, you will have better or worst. In our case, it was quite dirty. Important take home towel, as offered by the house are extremely small. The bed was comfortable and convenient, that is appreciated after spending hours walking around town. The area is quiet, nice up hearing the birds, and the odd duck or crow malsonante.

The room was low and at least warm and tidy. It was pretty unpolished, the sheets were not fresh (stains!) And it was so narrow that only almost fit inside the bed. The window could not be opened! Therefore, it was stuffy. The hostess we learned not know, just a bebrochen English speaking Chinese, who gave us the keys. The house is located at a focal point, it just did not feel safe when they left the house. There were four locks on derTür. The kitchen and bathroom were dirty and smelled strongly of the people and I am not particularly sensitive, since I myself have lived in shared flats. Luckily the people were nice.

Nice and comfortable room. House had warm and artistic decor. The shower and bathroom facilities are ideal. The host Jin is friendly and is approachable if assistance is needed. Just need to be clear about check-in times to ensure someone is home to let you in. The area isn't the most comfortable when out late at night but is fine in the daytime. Tube station is very close once you know the short cut. Thanks to Jin for letting us stay and making it a welcoming atmosphere :o)

As this was my first experience with wimdu, I was a bit stressed, but everything was very nice, clean, more than I expected! I will definetly come back!! House guests were very nice and quiet, everyone lives his own life, so you don't have anything to fear about your privacy. Room was really clean and tidy, same for the bathrooms. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was very clean too. I have an extremely low tolerence on dirty showers, so I was just more than pleased so see em super clean. Here's some tips for next guests. Save time on your tube trips: use the Victoria Line, from Kings Cross or Green Park. Then change at Finsbury Park, two stops away from Turnpike lane. It runs parralel to the Picadilly Line, but makes less stops. Get an oyster card. At the house the locks were a bit tricky, but you get used to it. Jin is aware of it, so they might get fixed. There's a nice pub, The Westbury, less than 5 minute walk from the house. If you want to eat at a restaurant that in't a kebab one, you'll have to take the Tube. At Finsbury park station, there's a nice pub where you can eat and drink. There's a Poundland nearby if you want to get some innexpansive food upom your arrival. One place to visit is Camden. It's 30 minutes away by the tube on the Northern Line, stop at Camden Town.

Great place to stay, very comfortable bed and very quiet. We would recommend it to other tourist, it's a safe area and supermarkets as Lidl/Sainsbury etc are very close,so you can prepare meals in the kitchen which keeps your holiday a bit cheaper :-) It takes about 30 minutes to get into city centre. All people living in that house were friendly and nice. One thing we have to critizise: You might have to wait until you get the keys for the house- but anyway: good experience in Jin's house!

Me and my girlfriend we had a very nice staying in Jin's house. The house is warm, clean and quiet. I would recommend this house to everybody.
