Apartment with Balcony in Le Marais

This lovely apartment is perfectly situated in the great neighborhood of Le Marais. The host was very responsive and easily available via phone and email. The unit itself is very spacious for Europe standards. The balcony is great for the morning coffee with croissant while looking at the Paris skyline and Eiffel Tower. The street where it is located is a busy one and the noise carries a bit inside, but then again you are in one of the largest and best) cities in the world, so enjoy it...

The apartment is very nice, well decorated and great location, but very noisy (Nachbarn!), the contact with the manager was friendly and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

An apartment very well located, extremely easy to get anywhere in Paris, because it is very close to the subway, just 5 minutes walk. It is spacious, comfortable, and great structure, we were 5 people and it was excellent, we dined, drank coffee with all comfort. Apartment was perfect and close to everything we needed. Annemarie was very helpful and provided us with much information. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay and there was plenty of room for us and our teenage daughter. Would strongly recommend this apartment to others :)

This apartment was great! We felt very much at home and the home of former students remembered times. Yet beautiful old building with stucco and tasteful decor, all small and cozy! Great location, quiet and yet close to the train station or in the center. Metro and bus connections in all 4 directions. The neighborhood is nice and has also completed various attractions. Bakery just at the corner, Groceries 200 m. Would come again any time, everything worked great! The whole transaction was easy and nice, merci beaucoup!
