Cozy Apartment in Central Rome

Simone's apartment is highly recommended. It is extremely convenient, especially if you arrive by train. Everything was clean when we arrived, everything worked and Simone is very helpful and friendly. Very pleasant was the fact that some things such as coffee, sugar, oil ..., a bottle of Prosecco was already in the kitchen, so you could get involved with a relaxed stay. We enjoyed it, Margitta and Paul.

Nice little apartment, very well equipped, even in many details is intended. Simone, the owner is a very charming host, very friendly and accommodating. The location is very good transport links, walking distance to the train station, bus stops around the corner. The area is, well, alive. Under the window (1st floor) every morning the small market is established. Even at night, it is late still, if the underlying closes kiosk. Only reason not 5 stars.

This apartment is just awesome! A very nice living-dining room with stucco ceiling and floor, a well equipped kitchen, great bathroom and even a second sleeping up a small staircase. The whole very centrally located, with buses and metro to get quickly back anywhere from Termini and Repubblica. The street is alive with little through traffic. A morning market is ideal for fruit and vegetable purchase. The owner thought of everything and was very helpful, check in and out went very smoothly, we got ahead a clear map and notes to the area and Rome-super! In the apartment we asked Simone even a cell phone ready so that we could make in the Italian network eg at the Villa Borghese ticket reservations. We were very pleased and would definitely come back! Thanks for everything!

Simone's apartment is nice, weel ordered and clean. We've spent a very good time in Rome. The location of the apartment is very practical since it's near the Termini station where a lot of bus and metros go through. you can go wherever you want in a few minutes. The apartment is well-equiped and the air conditionning is really a good option when you are in Rome in August ! It has saved our nights ! The only damper is that there is a market every day of the week down the street and that it is a bit noisy sometimes. Except that, everything was perfect and we have been welcomed very gently. Moreover, Simone gave us a phone in case of emergnecy, which was very nice from him ! A lot of good memories and a nice accomodation ! Thank you !

The property is in a good location near Termini train station as you can walk there with your luggage. Good size apartment for 3 people. Fresh fruit markets in street below. Close to Metro stations and walking distance to (25 minutes) to most attractions. Simone is a very hospitable and informative host who met us at the apartment. Simon's Suite is highly recommended. I stayed there with my husband and teenage daughter, it was very comfortabke, clean , great location, close to metro and tourists sights. The photos shown in website are exactly what we found, no hidden surprises.Simon was nice to talk too and very helpful. During our stay he invited to an evening tour of A Roman house which was very interesting, I met so many locals and foreigners ,so it was good. After long days of sightseeing, the apartment was great to arrive in because it was very comfortable for us, My daughter loved having the loft upstairs as her bedroom! Oh and the wifi was great to have too, so we can catch up on Facebook!

We're looking back on a great time in Rome! Simone was very gentle and helpful. The apartment was clean and cosy and we liked the area with the dayly market, baker and bars with delightful italian coffee. The location was central, nearby Termini station and various curiosities.

We had a very nice stay at Simon's suite. A clean and well-equipped apartment close, but not too close, to the Termini central transport hub. Freshly made bread every day from the bakery downstairs and fresh fruit from the daily market in the street made it complete! ;-) And Simon's a friendly host, thanks!
