Bright Penthouse with Terrace

The apartment is spacious, well equipped and clean. The terrace is nice.

We had a great time at the apartment. The location was excellent, in a really cool area, just around the corner from a supermarket, reastaurants, bars and more. The apartment was fully equiped and very cuzy and comfortable. I would defenetly recommend staying there!

We stayed in this well-appointed and comfortable flat during an unseasonably cold Easter. There was ample room for the three of us. Because of the ice and snow we were not able to enjoy the terrace, but the plants added much needed greenery- to give a sense of spring- inside. The view from the flat gives an accurate impression of the size of Berlin's city centre. Thomas was a very helpful and acommodating host and arrangements to meet to occupy and depart the premises were stress free. Will definitely recommend to friends and choose as a base to explore and enjoy the city again in the future.

Everything worked great. Of booking to confirm the key delivery. Owner is very nice, punctual and helpful. The apartment: It has everything you need. The location is very quiet, close to various public transportation stations. The apartment can only recommend.

Nice apartment with a great roof terrace! Everything you could need. Surprisingly comfortable centrally. Supermarkets on the doorstep and plenty of pubs around the corner.

Great location for a class apartment. Very functional furnishings. Clean, bright and friendly. And the host, nice, courteous, straightforward, ... (More praise would be suspicious) ;-) All in all a cold experience, certainly not the last in this apartment.

Everything worked out great. Thomas is very service-oriented. E-mail contact is answered within minutes, appointments will be kept to the minute. Super apartment. Even soap and shampoo ready, salt, sugar, etc. Was very pleased all round. I can really only recommend this apartment.

Penthouse on Kreuzkölln. Super location. All around small brilliant restaurants. Re always glad.

Very nice apartment, clean and cozy. Big plus for the terrace. Nice neighbourhood, too. We had a lovely stay. Easy communication with the owner and his agent.

The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean, fitted out with everything we needed. The balcony was a bonus. We did not meet the host but his agent was very friendly and helpful. supermarkets were conveniently located nearby. The only drawback was the distance to the nearest train station which was an issue for me with hip pain. Having said that, once you got to the station, all of Berlin was readily accessible by public transport.
