Near the Cathedral, the port and a 20-minute walk to the beach. A few meters of Parra´s street which hosts the Glass Museum,a very interesting and little known museum.

A few minutes away from Larios´s street and the Plaza de la Constitution, heart of the city,where you can find shopping and meeting point.

This was a really bad experience. An utter disappointment. The flat was really bad, the "service" non existent.

When we(myself and my three girls, 10-13 years) arrived to the adress there was no sign of anybody with keys there, even though I texted from the airport and got an answer saying someone would be there. Instead we were hassled by the local drunks who unfortunately drink all their beer just outside the street door. I sent a couple of more texts, and every time I was assured someone would turn up in five minutes, so I decided to stay instead of waiting in a nicer place.
An hour late a guy turns up, all smiles, no apologies. Me and my three kids are let in only to have to wait again for the guy to get the keys or whatever. He doesnt speak any english at all, so I was quite lucky to know a bit spanish, otherwise I dont know how we would have sorted the checking-in. The only good thing about him was that he forgot all about the deposition.

The flat is on street level, with one room in the basement. I had to sleep on a matress in the basement all week.
There was no place to dry the towels, since the window was in street level and the drunks would surely have nicked them had we let them hang out to dry.
I had to kill one cockroach, and saw a couple more on differnet occasions.
The air condition was dripping, making a pool on the floor.
We had a couple of power failures before I learned that I obviously couldnt use the stove when the the air condition was on.
The overall impression was that the flat was decorated by someone who never lived under a roof before. Many little things were missing, or just really stupidly planned. For example, one of the first things I had to go out and buy was a cutting board.

All in all the flat didnt live up to my expectations at all, even though I didnt expect much. Symptomatically noone showed up on the agreed time for check-out. Instead I texted them and said I'd leave the keys on the table. If I had had to wait to get my depostion back we probably would have missed our plane back.

After two days I texted my contact and asked if we could move to another flat. Of course I didnt get any reply.

The weather was nice though, and the rest of Malaga...

Fully equipped, beautifully furnished, perfect location with possibility of garage, we discovered the beautiful city of Malaga on foot. Shops very close. Excellent stay.

We stayed one week in an apartment with a terrace in the northern end of the old part of town. Location was very good and neighbourhood here is quiet, close to Teatro Cervantes and Plaza de la Mercedes.
Jose Luis is a good host. We needed his assistance at one time during the week and his response was quick.
Our main reason for booking the apartment was the terrace, and it is great. In March you have the sun from around 10 o'clock. The furniture were old and rickety and need replacement.
The apartment itself is okay, but the kitchen needs to be replaced. The iron stairways to the upper bedroom and the terrace is unpleasant.

C1.- Wonderful apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment, which is located very close to the centre of town with all its attractions. We loved living in the city centre although it was a little noisy now and then.
The apartment was very clean and well kept. We felt ourselves at home.
One small note: for us the double bed in the main bedroom wasn't long enough (2m), since my husband and I are both quite tall.
But all the rest was perfect! Thank you!

L'appartement est très beau, bien placé, extrêmement propre et bien équipé. La terrasse donne une superbe vue sur les alentours. L'immeuble est calme bien que la rue soit très fréquentée. Autre avantage : un ascenseur qui dessert l'appartement, idéal en fin de journée quand on a beaucoup marché dans la ville...
Seul (petit) souci : le lave-linge était inutilisable car le bouton on/off était cassé, et ce depuis un certain temps. Nous avons du chercher une laverie automatique car nous manquions de vêtements propres.
Mais dans l'ensemble, cette expérience a été géniale !!!!

We hebben een paar dagen in februari van het appartement genoten met 4 personen. Vooral lunchen op het dakterras uit de wind maar in de zon was fijn. Het appartement is compact maar sfeervol, veel licht door de hoge ramen en redelijk meubilar, keukenspullen ruim voldoende. Mooie, schone badkamer. Wel veel bouwlawaai. Kleine winkels voor dagelijks brood en fruit zijn 2 minuten lopen. Centrum vlakbij met veel tapasbars, en gezelligheid. Geen geluid ' s avonds.
We hadden een auto gehuurd en hebben bijbetaald voor parkeren onder het huis. Vanwege smalle straatje een oefening in manoeuvreren. Maar met de auto naar strand, Sevilla, Granada, Botanische tuin ed. Maakte veel goed.
Een heel fijne tijd gehad.
