Our rental rates (including breakfast, dinner, fast wifi Internet and utilities) for shared Room 2 & 3 (bed a & bed b) are as follows:
Bed 3a - $210/week, minimum rental one month, shared with room 3b
Bed 3b - $200/week, minimum rental two months
Bed 2 - $190/week, minimum rental three months
Important House Rules:
1) No alcoholic beverages or drugs in this boarding house is allowed
2) Swearing, abuse and illegitimate relationships are not allowed
3) Locking of doors when tenant leaves or enter the house
4) Use of the timer for use of the hot plate
5) No outside shoes to be worn inside are allowed
6) Weekly Cleaning of the common areas of the Boarding house is tenants’duties
7) Every tenant’s duty is 30 minutes/night which can be done later on in mutual time with boarding house manager
8) Maintenance of the house is tenant’s duty which is done with the rate of 30 minutes a day per long term tenant and 40 minutes a day for a short term tenant
9) Discount for the rent is based on $12/hour for extra work than duties
10) Cooking is duty of the Boarding House manager which is done over a lite and tasty menu based on Mediteranian diet
