(2)Gunpowder and other explosive artificial disaster
(3)Damage from pests and other living organisms
(4)Damages due to the use or the breakdown of equipments
(5)The breakdown, loss, or robbery of the second party's belongings inside the premises
(6)And other damages to the guest's belongings which are not intentionally or accidentally caused by the house provider.

You will be refunded the total price minus the Wimdu cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before check-in (by 12 noon, local time). For cancellations that are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 5% of the total price minus the Wimdu cancellation fee.
