A great Loft Apartment in Nice

Very nice apartment, great location and was cosy with aircon. No Sharp knives for cutting which was annoying at dinner. Great use of space. The real estate agent who met us with the key was horrible we waited 40 mins for her to arrive and when leaving we had to take the rubbish down even though we paid for a cleaner.

Iolamda's lovely apartment is ideal for a short stay in Nice. It is very well located, right on the main drag of Avenue de Jean Medcin. It has double glazing so none of the outside notice will disturb you whilst you sleep, and the air conditioning will keep you nice and cool. Just outside is the tram stop that links you to the station, the old town and the square of Garibaldi (very good spot to grab a "Monaco" beer at happy hour from 6 to 8) al for 1 euro a pop, and this ticket is valid for transfers. Definitely worth it! Whilst this apartment is very clean, and a lovely spot, it does lack a few cooking essentials (no kettle, no toaster, no sharp knives), but is has a microwave so you can just boil the water in that for your hot drinks, and it has a good fridge for your cold drinks and food. With cooking, I strongly recommend eating out anyway as there are restaurants to cater tall budgets through the old town. Hope this review is of some help, definitely recommend you to stay here!

Great appartment, right in the city center!

Incredibly beautiful studio located in the heart of the action! 5 minutes walk from the beach, in a great neighborhood safe and trendy! The furniture is on the cutting edge, nicely decorated, immaculate! Only the fridge and sheets smelled mildew during our visit, nothing that the host can not fix. We recommend!

We had a lovely stay in Nice! The apartment was very comfortable, a lot of facilities were provided (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning etc.), and it is located in the city center. Our host was very flexible when we wanted to check out late! I would highly recommend the apartment.

Warm welcome, great location in the city center, spacious, bright, clean, complete with everything you need. Perfect for movements along the French Riviera, being close to the terminus of the main urban and suburban bus lines. Experience to be repeated!
