Azul: Apartment in the historic center

Great appatment in the city centre of Seville! Really good equipped kitchen with a big fridge, so that you can prepare your own meals. We were really satisfied!

Owner is very nice. The apartment is fine if you would stay 2-3 nights and your mission is to stay mostly outside enjoying Sevilla. Good things: great location; all facilities in the apartment, calm street Not so good things: very bad smell coming from the bathroom!! small boiler, you can't enjoy long shower, hot water is enough for one person. Overall, if you hope for luxury, its not your place but if you don'care so much your stay would be great. We had great and unforgetable time in Sevilla!

We had to wait over an hour before the host sent one of his friends to meet us and let us into the apartment. Parking is a problem. We had to park far away and walk with our luggage. The apartment is well located and within walking distance of main attractions, but there was a constant strong smell of sewerage / toilet pipes emanating from the bathroom. Overall, we very much enjoyed Sevilla.

Total Deception: we found an apartment without hygiene: dirty walls, bathroom with peeling paint, a sofa bed as most dilapidated furniture, duvet worst bloody menstrual ... only 1 bowl 4. Poor soundproofing. A carefully avoided!

This apartment was nice, not fantastic but felt good value for the price. Location was excellent and the apartment managers were great about meeting us promptly in the Plaza to take us to the unit.

Lovely apartment, located in a stretegica, next to the Plaza San Lorenzo where and 'can relax in a lively atmosphere but at the same time quiet, away from traffic and very calming. The apartment 'close to all services. The owner and 'very friendly and welcoming. The two rooms are very small but clean and functional. The only drawback bad smell in the bathroom, not constant, however, likely due to a sewer system is not efficient ... all over town '! Seville, however, and 'so fascinating and compelling to make you forget the little discomfort. It 's definitely an experience to be repeated!

We stayed three nights in this apartment and we love it. Is somewhat smaller than I thought, but perfect for two people. The great location, very clean and quiet. A Fernando not met, but his companion was very sympathetic. Without a doubt, 100% recommended

Apartment comfortable and well kept. Maybe a little small for 4 people but 2 is fine. The house is essential features but the air conditioner that is required to address the Sevillian summer!

Great location, close to downtown and the area dell'Alhameda. Apartment rinfrescabile still fresh and fast with air conditioning. The only drawback the unpleasant smell of drains in the bathroom.
