Four Seasons Top Floor Studio Apartment

The location, facilities and the view of the house is very good. The value for money is fully satisfiability. The whole house shows age-related minor abrasions as the lift. Parking situation in the park is very good and felt safe at any time day or night.

My friend and myself enjoyed our stay at this appartement. The vieuw is amazing, the location is also perfect, including the secure private garage for our rental car. Internet connection in the building is bad,( also with mobile provider) but across the street there is an internetcafé, so problem solved ! Our host Keith was fantastic, and very helpful for us two girls. We recommend this accomodation also to our KLM colleagues, it`s a perfect spot ! Many thanks for our enjoyable stay. Good location to everything in Cape Town, amazing view of table mountain from our room. The balcony was dirty as was the pool which we didn't want to use. The check out time of 10:00 (on the dot) is also way to early considering we couldn't check into until 4pm due to an unforeseen flood.

HOTEL 4 Seasons Cape Town Accommodation is according to the price reasonable. Very nice & good contact. If, however, unfortunately not what we wanted. We had hoped for more from the description of her. In the pictures, the apartment looks larger in (wide angle lens) is specified correctly with 50sqm. This is what we have read about in the book. Very centrally located. On the edge of District Six. Accordingly expect city noise & be heard clearly (car, police ect.) Reach 1 permanently assigned parking in the house very well and secured. Security service in the house / gate. There are other apartments on the floor. Including noise from the neighbors here are heard. Provider has 2 apartments on the top, 17 Floor. It is NOT a penthouse apartment as one imagines this so actually. 1 with view of Table Mountain, with a small terrace approx 3x3 meter (which we had) 1 with views over the city towards the harbor. Windows / doors do not close tightly. Cape Town can be very windy and thus you then have the wind noise, o) WLAN is not recommended! It is there, you have to but a sort of "air time" in the shop opposite buy and sign it. But NOT SAVED and is therefore not acceptable to me. In addition, the signal strength was only MIN. When booking you can chose NOT flat. For some reason is not possible.Pictures of the 2nd Apartment we have not received. Only the info: apartments are identical. At this comparison I can confirm and visually. The apartment: It is relatively clean, nicely decorated. Everything available to order. Dishes, etc. to basic services available. However, one should not expect anything special. The bed is big enough for 2 people. The mattress is not worn out, surprisingly GOOD! Here too, only 1 blanket. It seems everywhere in South Africa to be so well: o) pool is NOT accessible directly from the home here. You have to leave the apartment and on the hallway floor. Also because of the fitness room is accessible. The pool and gym is thus accessible to all in the 4-SEASON building. We had the impression that this alone would be the apartment belonging & accessible ... which is unfortunately not the case. There is NO beach chairs are available at the pool. No umbrellas. The sun is South Africa's very handle with caution! Towels & beach towels are washed as fresh available. Nearby we found 2 very good cafe's where we could have breakfast very good. (The Lucky Cafe & The Truth) Small shops close enough to be able to provide Basic can.

For us the solution for 3 weeks was to rent an apartment in Cape Town perfectly. The location of the apartment and the view of the harbor just genial.Wir would rent the apartment at any time.

We spent three nights in the apartment. From the cleanliness here, one should not expect too much in South Africa. Hence my rating here is not as great. It was ok, but the couch was more than just filthy. Down without a pillow on it, we never set on it. Even the existing dish was not really clean. The cabinets dingy and the towels have smelled slightly musty. But in the rough and all the views of Cape Town and Table Mountain, decided to upgrade the whole, as they were from the apartment more than just spectacular.

Wonderful appartement with a great view over the city and to the Table Mountain. Perfect organisation, approachability of host first class. We enjoyed the stay!

We had the appartment with the excellent view on table mountain. The appartment is lovely, and I would recommend if your planning a trip to Cape Town.

Great apartment and very central. Would definitely stay there again if in Cape Town.
