Large double room, with air conditioning , with queen size bed and closet. The bathroom is shared with shower and hot water. There's also internet connection and we provide towels. I offer breakfast but the kitchen is not available for the guests.
The building is modern and it's located 15 minutes walk from Maracanã stadium and 10 minutes from the Apotheosis of Samba, where is the parade of Samba Schools of Rio de Janeiro. It is close to the subway station Estácio and several bus lines, towards the south of Rio, where are the beaches.
It´s close to Lapa, Laranjeiras, flamengo and Santa Teresa. There's a lot of night life. Around the building you will find whatever you need: drug stores, supermakets, restaurants, banks etc.
It is fairly close to the city centre and the neighbourhood is great for doing outdoor exercise. Santa Teresa is known for historical buildings and by the trolleys that circulate in the streets. Affectionately known by locals as "Santa", is composed of several steep ramps. On the top it offers excellent views of Pão de Açúcar (Sugarloaf Mountain) and the statue of Christ the Redeemer.
