Good accomodation, exactly as pictured and described. Well positioned for local supermarkets etc, metro 100 M away so Kolne centre just ten minutes away. Public swiming pool 200 M away with good outdoor and indoor facilities. Easy on street parking.Ideal for me working in Kolone on a short contract. Recomended.

A beautiful, quiet, spacious and clean Unterkuft! However, we had in the first days a stuffy Raucherluft.Nach long consistent airing we no longer felt it so schilmm. Impeccable & super cute surrender! Again any time! :)

Fine place to stay in Cologne. Clean and tidy, subway 2 minutes walk and you are about 10 minutes in the center of Cologne.

We had to reschedule because we had to unexpectedly take our dogs so we were accommodated in the k12. The hosts there are super nice and friendly. The house is super clean and fully equipped. for the wonderful dogs as it is near the field (on the Rhine). by Bus and Train cologne is easily accessible. again and again. thanks for the flexibility.

We had a fantastic stay in Cologne, the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

The apartment is on the 4th Floor of a 12 (?)-Storey building, located in a so-called social hotspot. Only the arrival hinted that there may come: I waited 5 minutes before the house on the likely manager. After 2 minutes, a bike flew from a balcony on the upper floors, slamming 20 meters away from me in a small green space in front of the house. Two breaths later swayed a booze zombie to me, was held 10 yards in front of me and pukes in the beautiful waterfall on the sidewalk. Well then .. Cheers The environment is anything but attractive and the morning coffee in the morning you can watch on the balcony beautiful as obvious prostitutes are delivered from their protectors here. For the faint hearted, the balcony is so taboo, because it was sometimes times with kicks, fists and a lot of shouting. Ohenhin the stay on the balcony is not absolutely delicious. you look right and left for neighboring balconies, one gets the impression that this was the Messie floor littered literally. At least the pigeons feel it very comfortable there. Not should also be mentioned that not even 50 meters distance there is a railway line for freight, which was served even at night by 3.But the apartment itself This is the model obsolete hare box from the social housing in the 70s. The mattress is worn out and the backing of felt wrong (no, I have not removed the reference wisely take the mattress itself in inspection), plastic folding chairs and sofa bed (which was the most comfortable piece of furniture). Crockery and cutlery rudimentary, but it Recomm unfortunately obvious this to rinse before use. Conclusion: Not recommended.
