COMFORTABLE ROOM IN A NEWLY FURNISHED APARTMENT

The stay was very nice. The house is very clean and in place, it is very comfortable. Shirin is very nice. The neighborhood has all the shops and well connected. Everything was great.

Very spacious house with a good location, near by many supermarkets and many transports (overground, tube and bus). The landlord / landlady are very friendly and helpful, overall excellent accommodation.

The room was clean, calm and situated to the backyard. I slept with open windows which is not the normal case in London. The whole appartment is a non-smoker appartment. It is a 1 minute walk to a main street where you find pubs, supermarkets etc. Definitively, it is not the best area of London, but Shirin confirmed that there is not criminality. Good bus and Tube connections to the Oxford and Piccadilly Circus. Shirin is a relaxed and friendly person who has a lot of confidence in her guests. Difficult to find better for 50 EUR a night in London, therefore the 5 star rate.

We spent 5 days in London. We have stayed in this apartment. Very good communication and neighborhood full of amenities (shops, pubs and restaurants). There are two metro stations very close and right next to house many buses that take you to different places in the city. Apartment 100% recommended. Neighborhood mutlicultural, but very safe. No incidents during our trip. Shirin has always been available to us when we needed. Returning to London, no doubt, return to this apartment.

we were really happy about finding this flat because it has a good location (very close to the centre) and there were a lot of grocery stores where we could buy stuff to eat and drink. the flat itself was nice as well, we had a lot of space and you could find everything that you might need there (kitchen stuff, towels, etc.) shirin was very kind and she asked us several times if everything was fine and so on. the only thing that wasnt that good was the biggest bedroom (it really smelled of sweat and shoes...), but we werent that bothered by it, we just bought room spray and opened the windows to let fresh air in and after 2 - 3 days, it was all fine :) except of that everything was fine in the flat, we also felt safe and the neighbour (an old lady) was really nice as well. we enjoyed our trip to london a lot and would come again to stay at shirin's again!

We were so happy about the fact that we found a apartment in London,especially close to the center. First of all we have to say that shereen is a friendly person. We could call her on the first day as we had severel questions concerning the apartment etc. But unfortunately we have say that this stay was the most horrible stay in London we ever had. The first thing was that the whole apartment was unclean, it smelled like sweat and old shoes, we weren't able to use the kitchen (fridge etc included) and .the bedrooms seemed to be used by other persons!!! The main problem was that we can't unlock the maindoor. The area is not that safe that we felt free to invite someone from the street into our apartment. We talked to the neighbor and she told us about several persons she has seen in the apartment. She also told us that the area is not very safe and there was a break-in a few weeks ago IN the apartment. Furthermore someone was in our apartment during our stay. We came home late by night and the light was switched on, someone used our stuff and the kitchen. This happend 3 times!!! We felt so unsafe and uncomfortable that we had to move to a friends apartment. Shereen wasn't available during our whole stay in this apartment-we tried to call her several times!! Till now we don't know who was in there and why! Although nothing was taken from the place someone used our private thigs and we nearly called the police. All in all we spent over 500€ for this stay and we weren't able to use the apartment in any way. Shereen wasn't available till today.

Stayed with Shirin for 3 nights. The apartment is newly renovated, the neighborhood is "authentic," in a good way: rough around the edges (but feels safe), and lots of independent cafes and restaurants. We had a lovely breakfast in a coffee shop nearby. Good access to public transport and anywhere across the city; cheap day parking next door and free at night outside. Good stay, recommended.
