House rules

I am pleased to welcome you in my studio. Sheets will be furnished but not the towels. Animals are not accepted. Non-smoking. I ask you please to keep quiet as it is a residential building. No parties allowed.
I would be happy to help you should you need any information concerning Paris.
Deposit in cash or check : 200€ (to be discussed in private messages).

Very nice. We were picked up from the underground and brought to the apartment. The landlord is very helpful and has given numerous e-mail tips and answered questions about grocery shopping, subway connection and other touristy things. Apartment is very centrally located and easily accessible by the subway very easily, just a few meters from the station. For up to 2 people the apartment is highly recommended. For more people, it is a bit too small.
