Description
The apartment is 100m2 and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and kitchen. Decorated with simplicity and charm, the bedrooms are exterior and have two beds of 90 cm each one and spacious closets in two of them. The thrid one is in the lounge but it is with different ambient. The living room has a sofa bed and two bathrooms are complete with shower. Although the apartment is a low, it is very bright and quiet as it is surrounded by pedestrian streets. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, fridge, microwave, extractor, juicer, toaster and coffee maker. It has air conditioning / heating.
The bed linen and towels are included and there is the possibility of adding an extra bed at no extra charge. If your stay is longer than one week will include a free cleaning service.
There is a public car park 200 meters away.
The apartment is located in El Arenal, in the historic center of Seville, known not only for the Plaza de Toros de la Real Maestranza (located 1 minute from the apartment) but for the atmosphere we breathe Seville , able to seduce any visitor. Besides being able to enjoy the best tapas restaurants in Seville, there are bars within easy walking distance where you can enjoy unforgettable moments.
Also comment that at 5 minutes walking, you will be in the Cathedral, the Alcazar and the Barrio Santa Cruz. The apartment is just a pleasant walk from City Hall and the streets Sierpes and Tetuan, shopping area in Seville.
