Private double sized room, with own separate bathroom, located on the 7th floor in a two bedroom corner apartment, 5 kilometres from Sydney CBD on the Rosebery/Zetland Border
The apartment is stylish, newly built and is very spacious. It boasts two balconies with one having views of the city and the other balcony has views to Botany Bay. The complex boasts an indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym and outside BBQ area for your use on your stay.
The kitchen is for your use as well as ours and we will provide you with cupboard and fridge space on your arrival. You are welcome to help yourself to milk, butter, bread, cereals and all the condiments free of charge.
The room is fully furnished with Queen Size iron bed with fresh bedding, bedside tables, Ipod dock and built in wardrobes. There is plenty of natural light in the room from large window which overlooks Botany Bay in the distance. The room has a remote controlled aircon/heater for your convenience. We also provide the Lonely Planet book for your use on your stay in Australia.
The bathroom boasts a huge shower, basin and toilet, with towels and toilet roll provided.
You are welcome to use the washing machine on your stay and all towels and bed linen I will wash for you on a weekly basis.
There is a local IGA 5 minutes walk for groceries or the local supermarket Coles is only 5 minutes on the bus. I can drive you there if I am around.
We have wireless internet for your social use, no heavy downloading (extra charges apply where the internet is used excessively)
CHECK IN / OUT
As a general rule we will require 11am check out and check in on or after 1pm, this can be negotiable and we do allow for bags to be dropped off prior if required.
GETTING TO AND FROM THE APARTMENT FROM AIRPORT
The apartment is 10 minutes away from SYDNEY DOMESTIC / INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT and costs $20 depending on the time you are travelling. There is a train line that runs near the apartment however the cost of the train is $15.00 pp so it’s worth catching a taxi.
BUSES
343 Bus Route (bus stop is outside apartment block on Rothschild Avenue) is a 15 minute bus ride to central Sydney and takes you through Redfern, the last stop on the is near Cirqular Quay.
METRO 20 (bus stop located 3 minute walk from apartment on Joynton Av) takes you to Central (10mins) and continues over the harbour bridge to North Sydney
301 bus route (bus stop located 3 minute walk from apartment on Joynton Av), also takes you in to the city (20mins) and ends at circular Quay (30mins) via Waterloo (5mins) and Surry Hills (15mis)
370 bus route (bus stop located 3 minute walk from the apartment on Epsom Road) can either take you one way to Coogee Beach (15mins) or the other way will take you to Newtown (15mins)
348 bus route (bus stop is outside apartment block on Rothschild Avenue) takes you to Bondi Junction (15mins) but does not run on weekends.
All buses are regular more frequent at peak times Mon-Fri am and pm and 2 -3 times an hour on weekends.
Bus tickets can be purchased from the corner shop across the road from the apartment at a cost of $16.00 for a mybus 1 which allows you 10 trips on the bus or you can purchase the mymulti1 at a cost of $41.00 which allows you one week unlimited rides on all buses, ferry’s and zone 1 trains.

CAR
If you have a car there is on road parking but it is restricted to two hours during the week from 12pm until 4pm. There is an off road parking spot which is unlimited if you are quick enough to get it.

1/ You will not get my exact address or phone number until after you have made a booking, in which Wimdu will provide these details to you as soon as payment has been made.
2/ The price you see is the price you pay there are no further discounts as the discounts are already included within the price if booking weekly or monthly, my accomodation is cheap anyway so please do not ask for further discounts.
3/ Payment is made to Wimdu by paypal or card and is fully payable at the time of booking, monies are not released to myself until the day after you arrive.
