Loft Apartment in Barcelona

We had a great stay in Barcelona! The loft was really nice, good location and pleasant people! Only one thing, the bed in the living room felt like a board. But everything else was great! Thank you!

The apartment is really nice and looks at all points in the photos! Centrally located, it is close to everything and allows to make a maximum of things feet! (Beach, shopping, outings ...) One gripe though: the bed is very firm and the sheets have a little experience! For everything else, it's perfect!

Barcelona was a great city. The apartment was what we expected. Nothing more nothing less. As mentioned previously the stairs may be an issue for some but I feel that most apartments located in the old areas of Barcelona would have the same facilities. Do not expect to be in the lap of luxury here, you are paying for location... and it is worth it for that. The El Born neighbourhood is incredible, with its narrow streets and great food and restaurant selection. Currently there is a market being build (or rebuilt) just steps away from the apartment, when this is finished it will be an incredible asset. Train station is 20m from the door. One note, the actual address of the apartment is different from the one on the website. It is not 30 Carrer Comercial it is 30 Carrer Comerc, quite different but luckily only a few hundred meters away. Wifi worked very well, and Montse was very helpful and attentive.

The loft is located on the in-district `Born` and is 300 meters from the harbor and is therefore great! Since the 80 steep steps are irrelevant. Simple, practical and beautiful equipped to recommend despite clairaudience for city tourists only!

The apartment is very well located, and Montse is very friendly, but we felt cheated, when paid for 4 bed actually had three! And one thing to keep in mind is that no lift is a second, but being old building would have to know that 4 floors in total ... in order was not all good experience!

Beautiful appartement.Van equipped. In a nice neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants. Only downside were the many stairs to get to the apartment. For the rest it was fine!

The apartment has us very well. It is centrally located between the old town and near the beach. The metro, taxis and other transport are easily accessible. Also located on the corner of a nice café or restaurant, for those who do not want to cook breakfast in the home or. A side note, since the apartment is on the third floor, it is not suitable for elderly or disabled people. You have an interesting view into a three-dimensional backyard :) I thought that was very nice, because the apartment is correspondingly quiet. Montse is straightforward, sincere and sympathetic. Recommend to a flat!

Very nice apartment and very well located in Barcelona (10 - 15 minutes walk from the center Gothic, 5mn from the metro and bus). Ideal for 3 persons (2 adults and 1 child), too tight for 4 (2 couples) for coating is not suitable. Great host,

The apartment is very conveniently located and the historical city center of Barcelona can be done up very nicely. It has been recently renovated, very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the view of the courtyard very colorful. By cons, no double glazing so can be noisy at night and we hear no evil neighbors. No wifi no longer available. The four floors up his violent :) Montse is very nice and easy to reach (and she speaks French!). Lot of flexibility on the check-in and check-out. We will return to priority in this apartment during your next stay in Barcelona without hesitation.

Nice apartment, great neighborhood, bedroom and bathroom nice, living ok. Taxidrive from aerport expensive so better take a train to Barcelona-Nord, from there walk through the park less then 10 minutes!
