Close to Cologne City

This apartment was bad rather not maintained and very dirty. A real letdown. We left after one night's accommodation and there is a storneringsaanvraag.

Clearly a very good location, various pubs and shops on the doorstep. Well that was it but then even with the positive. No internet! Could reach into my Rominggebührentasche fine now, THANK YOU! Dirty glasses in the cupboard! Eckel prison! If you still must first put the bed and you can see the dirty mattress with strange hair and dirt on the mattress, it goes to a sleep there! I slept on the sofa, which was not much better. On the whole, everything was very dirty, had to clean the tub first, strange hair, lime stones, ect.! I've rented a few apartments, but that was the eckelhaftigste where I've ever slept on! The price and the location is great, that it was then schon.Nie more!

The apartment 402, Severin Strasse 87, Cologne The apartment has a good opportunity. Otherwise: Relatively okay, but here there is room for improvement. Some things are just inaccuracies. Check-in: In the papers is nothing about 2 different keys. That would be an improvement to write this more clearly. In the apartment, there is still a paper. Again, created doubt. There was NO remote control for the light. and the Internet: The code on the paper is not true, the floor lamp in the living room does not work. The door handle of the bathroom is out of order. AND: It was all a little bit dirty - I have washed all the floors on the first day - and here I found under a bed a cup full of very old and dry cigarette butts. Under each chair leg were large dust bunny. All chairs are wobbly. I have no tools, but I am glad that I am a small person. You CAN cook. The kitchen is supplied but only very minimally for it. Dirty apartment after complaints has increased heating and free and does not take away even that well surly owner initially then apologized and this is not Yuro but a man if I have to stay two days then save but a woman can not give us dirty and the bathroom is never mind I hope to be helpful.

Everything was just as I thought it would be. Everything fit, nothing to complain about.

Good place in a nice part of town, shopping street, it is really Köln. 25 min walking to the cathedral. The apartment is spacious sufficient kitchen, could do with some smaller pans.

What could have been cleaner, but OK for the price.

very very basic. More for students of group of friends, not for romantic couples. Negative - No wifi (they were affraid for ´misuse´. Wifi was open after complaint and agreeing on ´fair use)´ - the shower was broken, repaired after complaining - no curtains, a lot of light in the morning - 4 glasses, 4 plates, 4 knifes, etc, a bit modest... - no priority on Maintenance (broken lamps, use of tape to keep things together) - just one couch. if you are with four, this couch is a bed. so nowhere to sit - not very warm -mediocre (stiff) beds Positive: - good location, a lot of shops and restaurants around - next to metro stop - free use of towels and blankets - free condom on bed (?), we were with four friends LOL If you not expect much, good appartment, Just come with the right expectations. To expensive for four people....

The apartment is super centrally. In the street there are many shops to open on Sundays. In addition, you can just walk away and perfect directly to the center. However, the heating was not working properly and we were unfortunately only max. 18 grad All in all, the apartment looked worn and rustic. But for a short stay it is always worthwhile.
