Nice Studio Near Kowloon

Hmm... is a veri nice place to stay in and is veri fang bian as there is 3 near by MTR, Street market, shopping, food places n etc.. :) i will definitely stay there again wen i go over to hk and i will also recommend moii frenz to stay there as well... :)

Nice appartment with a good connection to public transportation nearby (MTR and bus station). I would recommend this to anyone interested in an affordable appartment in the Kowloon area.

Great quality for the price (59$ per night in october 2012).The flat is clean and matches the description. Good location too, with many good little restaurants. We are satisfied by this accommodation and won't hesitate to share this experience with friends who want to visit Hong Kong..

Great stay at Carlson apartment

it is really nice place to stay in with reasonable price. totally enjoy e stay there n it is near to mtr and below the apt there is a nice shop selling zhu chang fen.. heehezz.. :)

it is really nice place to staying in HKG with reasonable price, only 550HKD in high season. more spaceous and easy access to MTR Austin (5 min walk) and kowloong, AEL (less than 10 min walk) and Jordan A Exit (less than 10 min walk). super recommanded place...you will love it. in next door, there is a famous DimDim Sum restaurant.

Great room, totally enjoyed my stay. Carlson and Terasita were both very helpful and great hosts. would definitely consider renting again.

The Studio was really very good and bigger than expected. It was well appointed and comfortable, especially the bed. Easy to find, accesible to 3 MTR stations and lots of good local eating places around. I was impressed with all the attention to detail and Teresita was really helpful too. Would highly recommend.

Nice place. Walking distanse to Austin MTR station. Room is comparatively big in Hong Kong. Very local and delicious food in nearby area.

the room is spacious enough for couples. the bed and beddings are soft. the small kitchen and the sofa are very good addition to room. everything you will need is provided for. i like the separate shower, toilet and wash area. will definitely recommend this room, except for people who have trouble walking up a hill.
