Dear roommates and visitors :-)
Welcome to this lovely bright room with a nice view on the garden (first Floor).
It is in my apartment in a recently restored and re-designed old school building, a nice brick construction with high ceilings (3,50 meters)
You will feel at ease in this loft, with white floor, high ceilings, exposed brick, floor heating.
East-facing windows the spacious room in the morning sun with a relaxing view on 80-year-old trees in the large park-like courtyard.
The new bathroom with natural stone and floor-level rain shower and floor heating is also comfortable.
Artist ambiance, film/photo studio in the neighborhood.
Cook together in the new fully equipped kitchen, enjoy a delicious and cheap lunch or a coffee under a tree in the courtyard.
We are located in Friedrichshain, close to supermarkets (Super 24 / 7 accessibility), metro U and S Bahn, Night Bus, Airport shuttle. Very nice roommate.
Free Internet access (WLAN or LAN), double bed, linen included.

Please be aware, this is a room in a shared flat. It can happen, that you meet me or my roomate Elina in the flat:-).
If you prefer to cook alone, pls check times beforehand, so we wont disturb you then.
But actually in my house people enjoy having a chat and cook together.
We like that.but we respect your privacy, as long as it is fairplay for both.
If there are any other problems:
I have an open ear, talk to me while you are here, dont wait with it, till things are over.
You can trust, that i´ll try to solve that with you.
We like to have guests here.
