Small nice appartment, with everything you need for a short stay in Paris. The place is beautiful, near the Sacre Coeur. Never met Pascal. When we sent him a sms, he didn't answer, so we waited a long time to enter the appartment. When we called him, we found the key and everything was ok.

My grand-daughter and I had a lovely stay in Paris. The apartment was ideal for a short trip although I found the bed a bit hard. Lots of noise in the evenings inside the apartments. Pascal was charming. Quick to answer queries. Lots of places to eat locally. Overall good.

The location of the apartment is of course optimal. 1 minute walk and you're standing right in front of Sacre Coeur! The house in which the Wohnug is not particularly clean, especially the staircase is not very inviting. The apartment is very nice of Pascal. But small for two people and a short stay in Paris, super! When the bed is folded out, the apartment is already almost completely filled. The apartment was ok with the cleanliness ago. However, could be even better! The bathroom is very small but I have liked the cleanliness. A major disadvantage of the apartment is the clairaudience. If you catch one shclechte days, it's really noisy in the apartment and you can not sleep in peace or rest. We were lucky that it was up to a few moments quite quiet. Pascal was very nice and has always responded very quickly to e-mails and questions by sms. For a short stay, the apartment is well suited.

We had a great time in Paris. We had a warm welcome. The appartment was just a few steps away from the Sacre Coeur and metro station Anvers. Room not very spacious but big enough for a couple of nights. Once again, we had a great time!

A great place for a few days in Paris. Good bed, just enough utensils, many restaurants nearby, one at short paddle.

"Great studio" relatively close; built-in bed barely room to move. Very loud, very loud from above. The apartment is on the 2nd UG. The staircase is very unkempt and mieft. That is certainly the responsibility of the homeowner, but it makes a first uneasy Impression. Positives: hairdryer available and permanent filter in the coffee maker and the situation of course. Recalling the "Montmatrebus" would have been fine, the leaves Metrostaion "Jules Joffrin" and virtually stops almost outside the front door so that you do not have to run up. All in all, you have to consider certain that the French have a different home decor.

Pascal is straightforward and very nice, the apartment is surrounded by bars and cafés. We felt comfortable. The house where the apartment is located is not particularly clean, the apartment itself is in the description. Clean, cozy small lovingly prepared. Would recommend anyone to book the apartment. We were lucky to get offered something, Kevin Costner has just shot a movie in our street. Interesting!
