(O2) Large room in the heart of London

The room had damp, you could be locked, ceiling lamp was broken, the bathroom could not lock and was pretty dirty. Garbage had accumulated at the door of the apartment (wheels, suitcases, bags, ...), internet and key funcionabla not given mistake. The direction was ill-informed and stayed an hour and a half until we find it. Worst of all was the mattress and pillow, I never in a bed dormio worse. I was hurting my back and neck from the first night. The photographer who took the pictures is a real artist because he knew well conceal deficiencies of this property. The only good thing is that Anna waited until late and arrived at the apartment. It is the worst experience I've had in many years, so I think I'll make comments look better people next time.

Great location! Appartment is centrally situated in a nice neighbourhood with an awesome connection to public transport system! 24/7 bus sto just around the corner (3 min by feet)! It is really a nice place to stay if you are visiting London!

Great thing. Good location: close to the subway and on the bike dock. Service hosted by Giovanni was perfect. I probably did not know him personally, but he responded to each SMS immediately and everything worked well. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are not luxurious, but clean and warm. Rooms are small and not locked, curtains torn down, shredded paper lamp on the ceiling, walls moldy. Bathroom tiny and not very clean. I was welcomed by Anna, who showed me the facilities, and was kind enough to show me places of interest on my London map. Very friendly! The room was clean and the price was right.

The room is big and is really not expensive compared to others in London. It is so well comunicate with the centre of the city.

Great location on the Northern Line. Not easy to find but the directions of John were accurate and we found the apartment on the first try. Room not huge but comfortable and with the right comfort (cabinets, heating the cold considered fundamental, desk, bedside tables with lights etc.). Separate bathroom English, not brand new but quite comfortable. The guys kind they put even a fridge and kitchen. There were several people in the house but we never had any problems in a row to the bathroom or noises from other rooms.

I would recommend this room to anyone who wants to be quiet, but very centered in London. The room is large, flat, even simple, clean. Giovanni is someone friendly and accommodating. Good contact.

During our entire stay we have not seen Giovanni! However his roommates were very nice. But the room left much to be disered! There was a lot of molt on the walls, behind the wardrobes, it was so dirty that you have seen that it has not been cleaned for quite a longer time and at the mattress of the bed, you could sense each spring through it, so you could not sleep very pleasant on it!!! It also stunk in the apartment because of the outflow of the toilet and the tub!!! In the bathroom you had to be careful that you do not stumble over protruding planks! All in all, the apartment and the room made a very run-down impression! We would NOT come back again!!!

Giovanni and Francesca are super nice, friendly and welcoming. Flat was as told and checkin and checkout was uncomplicated. Recommendable!
