This luxury apartment enters into an open plan kitchen and living room area.

The kitchen, with gas stove top, convection oven, grill and warming tray has sleek designer cupboards and a smooth, pristine work island.

In contrast with this is the grainy earthiness of the huge fossilised shell on the coffee table in the pristine living room.

Above the six seat mahogany dining table is a breathtaking crystal drum chandelier in dramatic opposition to the bleached whale bone on the living room wall.

The open plan living room space is maximized by seamlessly flowing onto the balau timber decked patio. A foldaway deck-cover awning provides much needed shade and privacy for hot summer days.

A private rim floor pool overlooks the majestic Atlantic Seaboard in the distance. Masses of white cushions and over-sized planters that light up dramatically once the sun goes down make this the ultimate entertainment area.

The master bedroom with queen size bed leads off the living room. Ample wardrobe space, glittering Swarovski crystal bedside lamps and high-gloss mirror frame contrast against the split marble feature wall. The en-suite bathroom features a luxurious free standing bath and spacious shower which are discretely kept by sliding panes of frosted glass.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a dedicated bathroom.

An informal room-come home office is split from the formal open plan living and kitchen area by sliding panes of glass.

The apartment has wireless internet and all the additional amenities including a Nespresso coffee machine, meeting the avid traveller’s every need.

House rules

Please note that we require 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of confirming your reservation. This is done as we start to turn away other potential guests to ensure availability for your requested dates.

The balance of your accommodation is due 30 days prior to your arrival and becomes non-refundable at this time.

We suggest that guests purchase sufficient travel insurance to cover your expenses in the event that you need to change or cancel your reservation.

This policy is strictly enforced and by proceeding with the reservation, you hereby accept these terms.

HOUSE MANUAL:

Standard check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 on the day of arrival.

Check out time is by 10h00 on the day of departure.

We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you would like to guarantee an early arrival or a late departure an additional half day’s rental must be charged per occurrence (as we block the property for the preceding or following night). If you have any special requests please contact us.

We have an early or late check in fee of R 300 for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00. This fee should be settled directly with the consultant on arrival, but if this is not suitable we can invoice you for it.

Guests are required to provide their credit card details upon arrival in the event of any damages in excess of R 200.
