Vicinity: 8mins walk to Dahua 3(San)road Station, Metro 7. Six stops to the centre of Shanghai, Jingan Temple, it is very convienient to commercial areas in Shanghai like JingAn temple, People square,Zhongshan park and Xujiahui,etc.
Our Compound name is Wen Hua Yuan, a clean compound, there is a big RTmart very near our compound，RTmart is a shopping mart like Carrefour.And there are some small restaurants on Dahua 3 road too. Also you can cook at home, our kitchen is spacious.
Internet(wifi), solar and natural gas hotwater, shower,clean futon,bed sheets and etc... are equipped in this apartment. The apartment is 75square meters, two bedrooms, one living room, one bathroom, one kitchen and one balcony.
Maybe you have noticed there is a sofa bed in the living room, so if you are travelling with your friend, this apartment also might be a good option
The only pity about this apartment is it is on 7th floor but without elevator, it means you need to climb the stairs,but good for keeping us fit, isnt it?

There are some rules I posted, like receiving deposit and guest's passport number need be provided, hoping guest making bed..etc.. Those terms might make you feel I am a rigid, unfriendly person, actually I am quite hospital and sweet. Just want to avoid problems from the beginning.
