Comfy and ideally placed apartment in the center of Barcelona. This apartment includes the following amenities and services:

Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with two single beds.
Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with shower.
Also offers balcony, a well-equibpped kitchen with stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffe maker, pots and pans, cooking utensils, washing machine, iron and ironing board, air conditioning,
electrical heating (upon request), hairdryer, Internet Wi-Fi, TV, towels and linen provided, cot and baby’s high chair (upon request).

Optional services: daily or weekly cleaning. Internet WIFI. Baby-sitting. Ticket and reservation services. We can book tickets for the theatre, football or any other event. Guided tours walking and on bycicle. Taxi service and catering service.
"Pick-up" transport: from the airport (Barcelona or Girona) to the apartment with car or Van. If you need these services, please contact with me.

The apartment is located in the Eixample district. The surrounding area is quiet and relaxed and offers a wide range of shops, coffee bars and restaurants. The apartment is very close to the Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudi’s colossal church and perhaps the most famous attraction in Barcelona. The nearest metro station (L2) is located only 200 meters.
Undeniably unique, it remains unfinished despite nearly a century of work! Slightly further away, but easily within walking distance, is Passeig de Gracia, the commercial centre of Barcelona and home to luxury clothes shops.
The excellent situation of Barcelona with the International communications, the Mediterranean climate and the cosmopolitan character has made of Barcelona a privileged city.

Additional cleaning services: 40 €/day

NOT INCLUDED in the price: Touristic tax 0.72€/person/day (collected during check-in upon arrival).

Check in & check out:
Check out must be maximum at 10:00 am, anyway the luggage can be stored until 09:00 pmon weekly days in our office. On your arrival day we will meet you in the apartment from 01:00 pm.
If your arrival to the apartment is later than 10:00 pm we will charge you 30 euros extra.

It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) after 09:00 pm.
Parties are not allowed.
Meetings in the landings or in the entrance are not permitted.

Always close the door to the street. It is important to ensure after entering or leaving that the door remains securely closed.
Do not open the door to commercial mail.

Do not leave trash bags in the landings or in the entrance. The trash should be left in closed plastic bags in the street in front of the entrance between the hours of 08:00 - 10:00 pm.

Smoke in the apartment is not allowed.

Lights and air conditioning:
Turn off the air-conditioning and lights if you leave the apartment.

The client if obliged to use the apartment only for the purpose for which it is intended.
Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents has to be reported immediately to the host. The client shall pay such damage.
The client has a duty to behave in a civic manner and to respect the normal co-existence rules. In the case that these general co-existence rules are not kept, the host has the right to demand the guests to vacate the apartment.

The host shall not be liable for any inconveniences which are our of its control. Also cannot be held responsible for theft/damage to personal goods or accidents resulting in injury.

Caution deposit:

Your credit card number will be used as guarantee in case of damages in the apartment during your stay. No charge will be done except if damages occur.
Anyway, we have the right to ask for 150€ in cash as a deposit that will be refunded to you the day of your check-out after a meeting in the apartament to verify that it remains in the same conditions that it was when you arrived.

Amazing apartment with PRIVATE TERRACE Ref SIC Atico 2ª

Todo perfecto! El chico que nos atendió fue muy amable y respondió todas nuestras preguntas. El apartamento es precioso, la unica pega es que estaban de obras en la terraza, pero el resto era ideal, limpio y todo funcionaba correctamente.
Volveremos seguro!

El sitio está bien, la única pega que pondría sería que la potencia del agua es nula y cuesta un poco ducharse....por otra parte, hemos coincidido con obras en el edificio y se oía todo.

Apartment near Sagrada Familia (Ref Eixample 5-1)

El apartamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Todo nuevo y cuidado. Muy limpio. La zona es muy tranquila, sin ruidos. Céntrico y accesible para visitar Barcelona con comodidad.
Totalmente recomendable!!!!

Apartment near the center (València 2.3)

Zentrale Lage, nur 10 Min. Fußweg bis zur Sagrada Familia bzw. 30 Min. bis zum Placa de Catalunya. Wohnung erfüllte für zwei Personen alle Erwartungen. Sollten wir noch einmal zu zweit nach Barcelona reisen, werden wir diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Das Personal von Easysleep ist sehr hilfsbereit, wir konnten schon um 11.30 Uhr die Wohnung beziehen. Ein Plus: Das Gepäck kann man kostenlos in der Agentur im Hause deponieren, falls die Wohnung noch nicht frei ist bzw. der Rückflug erst abends ist.

ROOF TERRACE Elegant apartment (Valencia 2.4)

El apartamento fue ideal para nuestra estancia en Bsrcelona. Buena ubicación y zona tranquila. Muy cerca de la Sagrada Familia. En el apartamento todo estaba correcto y limpio. Nos atendieron enseguida a pesar de llegar antes de la hira y el día de nuestra partida nos guardaron las maletas en sus oficinas. Un trato excellente. Sin duda repetiriamos.

Cute and Modern Flat (València 2.1)

I stayed in Valencia flat form 1st to 8th October. I found the location perfect as it was 20 minutes walk to Ramblas and about 30 minutes to Barceloneta and Barrio Born. it was within 5 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia. Metro and other public transport were in few minutes walk. There was a lovely market and few nice bakeries in Valencia road but we also had some nice restaurants there. I recommend Can Cargol which was next to flower shop.
The flat was clean, spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. The roof terraza was great to have a chilling time after a nice busy day in town. Geraldine was extremely helpful. In short, I highly recommend this flat and would go back there in my next visits to Barcelona.

Nice and cosy flat (Sicilia ático1 ) with private ROOFTOP TERRACE

Luxury vacation!
The apartment is perfect for a city-tripp. The reservation and the check-in were very well organized. Ignacio was very friendly and helpful. He gave me valuable hints for the stay in Barcelona (supermarket, sightseeing, events, best beach etc.). The apartment was clean and exactly equipped like in the description. The location is very central, the next Metro station is only 250m remotely, a small supermarket directly in the next house, a large supermarket in the next house block. In the neighbourhood there are many restaurants and bars.
Absolute luxury is the roof terrace, which one reaches from the bedroom. It is very large and sunny and one has a view of the Sagrada Familia. To have breakfast on the terrace or drink a wine in the evening is pure luxury!

I can absolutely recommend the apartment, in addition, the team of easysleep!

ROOF TERRACE Elegant apartment (Valencia 2.4)

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist modern eingerichtet, in einem schönen Viertel gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Besonders gern haben wir uns zum Entspannen nach der Stadtbesichtigung auf der schön eingerichteten Gemeinschaftsdachterrasse aufgehalten. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass in der Wohnung bei offenen Fenstern die Straße recht laut zu hören ist. Aber es ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden und bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es leise.
