Lage an einer stark befahrenen ampelgeregelten Straßenkreuzung, dadurch extreme Geräuschbelästigung, diese noch verstärkt durch einen lockeren stählernen Kanaldeckel auf der Fahrbahn, der beim Überfahren Schläge wie ein Schmiedehammer von sich gibt

Die Duschkabine wirkt, als sei sie aus einem Abrissgebäude recycled worden. Klebstoffreste auf den Wandfliesen zeigen an, wo es mal einen Garderobehaken oder eine Ablagekonsole gab.

Toilettenbürste vorhanden, allerdings nur mit einem halben Stiel,

Staubsauger nicht vorhanden,
Ein so verrostetes (nicht: angerostetes!) Küchensieb hat die Welt noch nicht gesehen.
Dunstfilterhaube vorhanden, fettig-klebrig (aber so was hat man ja als Gast nicht anzufassen).
Rauchmelder vorhanden, allerdings in zwei Teilen und ohne Batterie.
Die Fenstervorhänge (von Gardinen nicht zu reden) spotten jeder Beschreibung.

Doppelbett nur für die geeignet, die so was mögen. Harte, unbequeme Matratze, die bei jeder Bewegung so laut knarrt, dass der Partner zuverlässig geweckt wird.

Not a very good place to stay for more than a couple of days. The price is far too high for the quality you get - and the quality is, in fact, quite low.

I lived here for 7 weeks during a work-related visit to London. The apartment I got did not look like the one in the picture. It was a lot dirtier. The kitchen sink had a rotten smell to it that never went away (and wasn't fixed despite me teeling the person in charge). I ended up buying a new pot because the one that was provided was badly damaged and unusable. I also bought cleaning supplies to keep the place somewhat tidy.

Worst of all: At least one wall seems to be moldy from a water damage. It gives off a very unpleasant smell.

One the plus side: Harlesden isn't fashionable but nice. Very international. And it's easy to reach the city (via Overground).

Positive factors:
- Excellent location (5 minutes walk to Swiss Cottage tube station)
- Highly responsive rental management team (sorted out any problems immediately)
Negative factors
- Extremely noisy (flat above an Italian wine bar-restaurant)
- Noisy neighbours (you can hear everything)
- Maintenance issues (the kettle blew the electricity and the boiler stopped working)
- Not very clean
Conclusion: reasonable value for money, helpful staff, good location but noisy.

Large Apartment in Kilburn Park (#K7)

nel corso degli anni ho alloggiato in parecchi appartamenti. Questa si è rilevata la peggiore esperienza. Appartamento sporco, lenzuola sporche, imbottitura sporchissima e macchiata di sangue, 4 asciugamani per 4 persone una settimana, l'energia elettrica saltava sempre anche se l'unico elettrodomestico in funzione era il frigorifero, questo ha significato che abbiamo dovuto buttare gli alimenti comprati e che dovevano essere messi nel frigorifero.
Divano letto insufficiente per due persone.
Appartamento caldo senza la possibilità di lasciare aperte le finestre in quanto al piano di ingresso.
La domenica mattina davanti a noi tre ragazzi inglesi hanno sostato dalle cinque del mattino bevendo e orinando,.
Non consiglio a nessuno questo appartamento.

Short Let Flat In Willesden Green (#REDE)

Bonne expérience en générale.
Informations conformes.
Points négatifs:
Pas de four,
Plaques qui ne fonctionnent pas très bien,
Odeurs pas très agréables.
Points Positifs:
Bus à 100 mètres environ toutes les 5 minutes, bus de nuit également, métro ligne Jubilee station Willesden Green à 5 minutes à pied, 15 minutes du centre en métro station ''Baker street''.
Grand supermarché à proximité ''Sainbourg".
Bon ensemble et bien situé.

Studio Flat in Bayswater (#IN8)

Logement très bien situé mais confort sommaire... La salle de bain est minimaliste : aucun endroit pour poser des affaires ni même faire sécher les serviettes. L'aération n'est pas suffisante et il y a rapidement une odeur d'humidité... Le lit n'est pas non plus très confortable (ressemble à un clic clac ouvert...)
Sinon l'emplacement est idéal à 2 pas de hyde parc et avec 2 stations de métro à moins de 5 minutes.

Large Studio for a short stay, Willesden Junction (#T5)

Mieszkanie ma bardzo dogodny dojazd, od metra jest 5 min.pieszo. Dotarliśmy wcześniej niż początek doby i nie stanowiło to żadnego problemu. Otrzymaliśmy również bez problemów przejściówki na angielskie gniazdka - nie posiadaliśmy takich ze sobą. W mieszkaniu dostępne są niezbędne urządzenia (czajnik, mikrofala, kuchenka), działa internet i jest ciepła woda. I to tyle plusów (być może dla niektórych wystarczająca ilość....). Poza tym mieszkanie (a raczej cały dom) bardzo wymaga remontu, choćby z powodu przejmującej stęchlizny, wyczuwalnej wszędzie, najbardziej na klatce schodowej. Ogólnie jest brudno, co widać po meblach, łazience i okropnym stanie pościeli, a raczej "tego czegoś", co musieliśmy opakować w czyste na szczęście powłoki. Przez cały nasz tygodniowy pobyt tuż przed oknami stały 4 ogromne pojemniki z "wylewającymi się" śmieciami. Cała posesja bardzo zaniedbana. Niestety lokum w Londynie zniechęca mnie trochę do całego portalu Wimdu, więc nie jestem pewna czy kiedyś zaryzykuję....

Large Apartment in Kilburn Park (#K7)

This flat was the most horrible flat that we have ever seen. First of all we arrived at the flat at the evening, and it was already dirty. Not only the beds, but also the table and the wardrobe was covered with dirt. Apart from that, the object is located next to a delivery station of a supermarket, so its very loud during the days and nights. We couldn´t sleep for 3 days, so we decided to leave the flat for the last days. I also do not recommend this flat,because the host did not reply to our calls and messages. All in all not recommendable.
