be welcome in Feeling Basic... heading down the stairs in front of the house you will enter the small living room with tv and sofa... to the right there is a bedroom for 3 - one single and one double bed (1,40m - 2,00m)... to the left is a very big bedroom with two single beds which can be jointed as a double as well, a kitchen area, dining table for 6 and a ensuite shower and toilet (-there is no full bathroom though!! - only a self heating shower cabin, the water pressure is not at its best - unfortunately - the plumber said there is nothing to do about it- sorry - be aware that the water has to heat after having taken a shower to be nice and hot again)....
as you might have noticed, the rooms are interconnected and therefor very well suited for families or people who don´t mind if the toilet and shower are only accessible by crossing the big room. the apartments has 75 sqm and access to a free wifi connection as well a s a privat dining table in a small yard just outside the aparment.
Price 170 € / night during trade fairs

holidays/vacation + 20 € a night (short term booking)
