Luxurious Space Near Hyde Park

No answering of my emails. One day before the arrival she answered the phone at last, she will try to manage the key delivery. Well. On the day of our visit I received a message that she´s not in London. At 10 at night. No place to stay. No excuse. The last I ever heard from her. Thank god. Looking for a hotel at night from Stanstead airport. Easy. You should try it once. In the end I spent a fortune for the phone calls, for hotels in London and my long weekend was busy by moving from one place to the other. I travel a lot but I never had a bad experience like that in MY WHOLE LIFE! She destroyed our visit, our budget, our good mood. Please take her out from the pool that no one has to go through this like we did. At least the Wimdu staff tried hard to find replacement as they felt really sorry for what happened and on our last day they found another place for us.

Comfortable double bed in a great location, ensuite bathroom was clean... The host was friendly and helpful with good knowledge of the local area... The only problem we encountered was that we weren't able to have our own key to the apartment... Would definitely consider staying again.

when travellers rent a room, they expect a room with a lock, a loo with a lock and above all, toilet paper.A possible cupboard to hang their clothes, a curtain on the window, and clean towels. In other words, the little simple things that makes one feel comfortable and at home. I was quite disappointed and am surprised that people rent a room in this state and get away with it. It was 5 min from Hyde Park - great location for touring but it was far from luxerus space. Besides that, it was not very clean. There was schimmel in the shower! I was not welcomed at the apartment. Another tenant opened the door and gave me my keys. She was a lovely lady and tried to help but she did not however know which room I was in. She helped me to find a clean towel and texted the owner for me. I never met the hostess.

We were very happy with the flat and mainly with the great, central location. We had our own bedroom & bathroom. (bathroom could be cleaner) Kitchen is shared with 1- 2 others - we didn't really use it. Big mirrors. comfy bed. TV didn't work (but we didn't need it). large window - but we could only open it for a small split! No keys for your own room. Great location, not easy to find though. Steven, the concierge, is very friendly and obliging. Unfortunately we didn't meet our host for 3 days. All in all very happy with the choice - we would book again.

Neighborhood well situated for visiting London apartment very close to the metro (the subway as rails), also close to Kensington Street, main shopping street. Apartment correct.

Nice place in a pleasent aerea of London. To be repeated. De spot was not on my map of london so it took me a little while to find it .
