Villa with Sunny Terrace in Lisbon

We enjoyed the location and the 3-storey terrace. We found the facility and is not commensurate with the price. One bedroom has a flexible wall, hood rickety and 3 places leakage substantial rainfall

We were a group of 7 women and we felt very comfortable in the apartment. It's everything you could need and the hosts took care catered to us. Even before us everything we needed to know was explained. Great were the terraces and the great location in Lisbon. Much we were able to walk and the tram line 28 runs almost directly past the house. In the area we have always felt safe and it was very quiet. We can only recommend the apartment further.

Very nice apartment, decorated with taste and originality, spacious and well located in the historic city .... but a lot of noise in the evening and night for more very young visitors who do not come late! ... The welcome was warm and it's also nice to find what you need for breakfast, especially when the arrival time was delayed for 1/2 day! ...

Enjoyed my stay here in the Estevao apartments. Thank you Goncalo for the recommendations around the city. The apartment is in the heart of Alfama, so pretty much everything is in walking distance including the metro station. Highly recommended and definitely would stay here again.

We recently with a group of 9 people visited Lisbon. The apartment is beautiful. It is centrally located so you can explore some neighborhoods on foot. The interior of the apartment is modern but very cozy, we felt quickly "home". The service that the landlord provided was excellent. Of extra stuff in the apartment (tea, coffee, oil, spices, wifi etc) into a detailed explanation of what the city can be seen. In short, we enjoyed our holiday.

Very nice place in the historical part of the city, warm welcome from the team and very comfortable mattress (quite important when you walk all day long!). Café around the corner (Cruzes Credo) serves diner until late at night in a funky atmosphere...special dedicace to Carlos! In other words, I would warmly recommend this place!
