#19 AWESOME 2 bedroom NYC Downtown Manhattan "Lower East Side"

The location of the property is ideal. The metro is close. The description and pictures do not match reality. 4 bedrooms? No, they are two bedrooms with one bedroom 3 queen beds. The bedroom upstairs is not high. You can not stand in any case. The bed is just a mattress lying on the ground. Bathroom: on the ground floor the bathroom looked good. The bathroom in the "basement" was very small and unfortunately not very clean. There was mold on the shower curtain. The whole apartment was not very clean. When I see what costs extra relax at the end of the booking process, then that does not match the quality of cleaning. The pictures on the website are created with a massive overexposure. In reality, the apartment is much darker on. The pictures on the website, I saw lots of "art" hanging. In reality, I have not seen that. You are urged to exaggerated "good neighbors" to be, but your neighbors in the middle of the night turning the machine is obviously not on the website. Upon arrival you will be expected that you are not going to wait for the building .... We have been a week with his 4and in this apartment, it was doable. We were in the middle of chinatown and had good access to metro next door. the apartment was clean, but walked to the end of the central hall where many Chinese live 2x a rat, and especially at night you could hear them running between the ceilings. But in terms of price-quality ratio was good.

Mike was very nice and has three girls super tells us everything we needed. The room was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The location is very good for a New York trip. You can reach all important sights very quickly and the subway station is around the corner. It was all great!

Mike our host met us on our arrival and provided us with the essentials for getting into the city. His apartment was in the best location for talking a walk by the Hudson or hopping on the subway Uptown if you want a bed just somewhere to crash after long days threading through the city - Mike's place is it :-)

great location (right in East Village), but further minimum of comfort: little more than two beds, a kitchen and a bathroom, but rather shabby dressed up and no other furniture (armchairs, sofa or something). Sociable I would not call, but adequate if you're on the go all day.

Large studio conveniently located in the East Village, surrounding areas very nice. Comfortable and well equipped. Too bad the neighbors are so noisy ...

Great apartment in a really nice area!!! Go there! It's small, but clean and it has got everything you need!!

A sound simple apartment at a good point in New York.

The apartment was perfect! I highly recommend it. Really good location, easy access to the subway, friendly neighborhood! All necessary shops near. Anyone planning a stay in New York, should look at this apartment anyway. I could not have imagined it better. Very convincing! Happy again.

The apartment is very well located to F-train. its very easy to get around in town. the beds were ok, the only thing is, that there is almost no dayligth in the apartment, but we did not spend a lot time there anyways :)
