First Floor
A full kitchen with professional size stoves and ovens with a dining area. The dining room table can seat six.
For those cold winter days the kitchen has a special heated floor to keep you warm and cozy.

Second Floor
A large room that sleeps four on single futons with. Wash-let toilet. . Desk, table and chairs.
Third Floor
A cozy bedroom loft. Night stand and chairs. Can accommodate up to two adults and a child.

Since most all the appliances are in Japanese we provide you with a manual on how to operate the appliances and various remotes in English.
There is a 6000 JPY laundry fee payable upon arrival.
A 32,000 JPY refundable security deposit is required before guests occupy the property. This can be done after the rent payment is made to Wimdu through our Tokhouse site. The deposit is fully refundable after guest have vacated depending on the property conditions. To date all guests have received a full refund. Once the deposit is made, for one year, your dates can be changed and your rates stay the same. However as we hold the property for guest for months at a time if you cancel and do not stay with us it is not refunded. The deposit is not credited towards rents.
