Here is for you a newly-renovated high ceiling two-bedroom design apartment located in the very heart of Prague´s New Town district, a few hundreds metres´ walk from history-dense Wenceslas Square.
The apartment comprises an ample entrance hall, two large and comfortable double bedrooms, a spacious open-plan living dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen and American bar, a bathroom and a toilet.
In the dining area, the custom-made conference-style table sits six people comfortably. The living room comes equipped with an LCD TV and a DVD player. Cable TV and a Wi-Fi internet connection are also included in the price. Among channels available are BBC, Euronews, CNBC, History Channel, Russia Today, Filmbox, Viasat Explorer, Viasat History, Mezzo, MTV, MTV Dance, C Music plus all local Czech and Slovak channels and their HD counterparts.
The kitchen is equipped with all comforts including cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, a fridge-freezer, a ceramic top cooker with a retractable vent hood, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a kettle, a bottle-opener, a can-opener, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bar comes with two stools and separates the kitchen area from the dining table.
The experience in this open-plan living dining room is enhanced by various lighting combinations going from the romantic couple of water drop-shaped bulbs hanging over the bar to the more focused lights for the working top and stove in the kitchen area to the brighter planet-like lamps intended for dining and living.
The master bedroom comes with a super king-size double bed, two nightstands with drawers and a wardrobe. It also includes a lounge corner with a sofa bed, a conference table and a chair.
The second bedroom comes with two twin-beds, which can be put together if necessary, a large in-built wardrobe and a sitting area with a conference table and two chairs.
Both bedrooms give onto the inner courtyard of the building ensuring a quiet and peaceful sleep at night.
The bathroom features Italian design fittings and tiles. It includes a sink, a bathtub with shower head, a wall-size mirror and comes equipped with a hair-dryer. The WC is separate from the bathroom and mirrors its design.
Weather permitting, guests to this apartment cas use the sitting facilities of the shared garden in the courtyard of the building.
This apartment can accommodate up to 7 people on one super king-size double bed, two twin beds, one king-size double sofa bed and one sofa bed. One bedroom can sleep up to three people. The second bedroom and the living room can each sleep two people.
Bedlinen and towels are provided.
