Charming Central Studio Paris

Hello everyone, Sandra you must absolutely stay, very central for Paris's price-performance ... definitely a sweet accommodation for two people in love in the middle of a busy pedestrian zone and there's free wifi too! Half a star I am afraid to pull off for the crib ... that's certainly convenient ... Lg Steffi & Markus

We were very happy with the apartment.

Lovely apartment - clean with plenty of light. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, plus a coffee machine. Good for a single person or a couple as the space is pretty small (as with most central apartments in Paris). Only thing I would note is that Châtelet isn't a very safe area (plus quite noisy) so it pays to be very careful when out and about.

The location of the apartment is perfect and the place perfectly adequate for two people. Unfortunately, the staircase is very narrow, so you better just arriving with small luggage.

Had no concern with the location itself (the keys, inventory, deposit recovery, ...), and everything was done quickly and at scheduled times. By some negative remarks against the studio by cons: stairwell (studio on the 4th floor without elevator) in very poor condition and very noisy at night (bars open all night, with guests staying out until the wee morning ...).

Thoroughly enjoyed our time in. Paris, our accommodation was small as we expected, but very comfortable and clean. Very central location, handy to everything. Stairs could be a problem if not young, as their are four flights, but Ugo gave us a hand and we did know about them. After all the great Paris food we were pleased to have them to work it all off. Once renovations are finished on the stairs etc it will be fantastic. We would recommend it to people our age or younger. Very well priced.

Cozy apartment in the heart of Paris. The location is fabulous. Unfortunately that also makes it very noisy at night due to the bars in the street. The host is very kind and easy to contact.

Great place to stay, in the middle of Paris! Easy to communicate with host per mail and phone.

It 'was the perfect choice in the perfect place. A few steps away from everything and with the metro around the corner. Sandra is simply kind and extremely available !! Flexibility for times and availability for luggage. Next jump in paris, sandra will see me again for sure!!
