Its modern and functional layout, make this a wonderful holiday apartment for up to 6 people.

This apartment is located less than 250 meters from two metro stations, and 10 minutes from the port of Barcelona and the popular Rambla. Its close proximity to the Fira de Barcelona, facilitate your stay if visiting Barcelona for business.

If you are traveling with a baby young child we can provide a baby cot/high chair. Please check before you travel so we can confirm availability and price. We can offer Nespresso Coffee makers to our customers upon request and advanced booking. If you have a car, please note that you cannot park on the street and you will need to use a public garage car park, which can usually be quite expensive. However, we can suggest a car park for you with a reduced and special rate for our customers.

Preparing for arrival at the apartment

To get the apartment keys at the checkin, you must call the contact a person 20 minutes prior to arrival, so he can get the building.

Late check-in and check-out: 50 € after 20:00; 70 € after 24:00 and before 08:00. To avoid unnecessary delays, you should call the contact person from the airport or when you are 20 miles away from the city by car, to confirm the exact time of check-in. At check-in you must submit photocopies of passports or photo ID of all adult occupants staying in the apartment. At check-in you must pay all amounts in cash (Deposit + Tourist Tax), in case you need to make a card payment you should request this prior to arrival.

The owner usually does not rent to groups where all members are less than 25 years old. Please respect the neighbors, no noise after 21.00. This apartment does not allow noisy parties, severe charges will be applied if guests do not respect this rule . Non-smokers apartment. Check security deposit and tourist tax with owner. Pets are not permitted.

Classic Hungria Apartment (17532)

Puntualidad absoluta para hacer el check-in, el piso estaba limpio y bien abastecido de toallas y electrodomésticos, y era bastante cómodo.

Algunos detalles de la casa pueden mejorar, pero nada que reste del confort general. Muy fácil acceso a metro para llegar a donde se necesite, y convenientemente situado al lado de un supermercado.

Fancy Tapioles 3 Apartment (17530)

Die Wohnungübergabe hat wie verabredet funktioniert. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigeren Ecke, trotzdem ist fußläufig alles gut zu erreichen. Austattung ist zweckmäßig und gut erhalten. Ein idealer Startpunkt für Barcelona Touren, sowohl in die Stadt, als auch auf den Berg. Ich würde wieder dort wohnen.

Stunning Callao B Apartment (17534)

Todo estupendo. El anfitrión muy amable, correcto, atento y flexible a determinadas peticiones. El piso, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Quizás la terraza más pequeña de lo aparente, pero perfecta igualmente. Éramos un grupo de 12 personas y estuvimos perfectamente. Muy bien ubicado, a un paso de la parada de metro, de la Plaza de España y de la Estación de Sants. Silencioso y tranquilo para dormir. Sólo la primera noche bastante ruido en una de las habitaciones, con el bajante del agua de algún vecino. Por todo lo demás, muy contentos con el hospedaje y el anfitrión. Muy recomendable.

Wir haben den Barcelona-Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnungübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt, alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigeren Ecke, trotzdem fußläufig alles super zu erreichen. Metro-Station gleich um's Eck, Supermarkt und verschiedene Bars, Restaurants gleich in der Nähe. Gerne wieder.

Mieszkanie bardzo ładne,funkcjonalne i usytuowane w dobrym miejscu.Miły kontakt z osobą przekazującą mieszkanie,bardzo dobry kontakt podczas pobytu.Jak były problemy,natychmiastowa pomoc.Mieszkanie blisko metra i supermarketu,blisko fontann. Super miejsce polecam wszystkim ,było nas 9 osób i byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni i na pewno będziemy polecacć innym.

Francisco & co were great hosts and the apartment was impeccable. Good location, good amenities around - including a big supermarket and mini mart full of essentials open daily until 2am - and the transport links were good. Would definitely stay again.
