Had such a lovely time staying at Patricias! Truly a home away from home.

Patricia's clean an cozy apartment is perfectly located for discovering Manhattan. Subway stations and important spots are within walking distance. Patricia is very pleasant and helpful and gave me a lot of information about New York and getting around. Nice and interesting conversations while having a cup of tea made me really feel comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you Patricia!

I found a really comfortable atmosphere in Pat's house. I remember that when I get there for the first time Pat was waiting me with a cup of tea ready for me. I really appreciate this, especially because it was the first time in NY for me and I needed to feel a little bit home. My room was big and very clean, with a comfortable bed. I had also a bathroom exclusively for myself. The house is located in an exellent zone, near to the subway station and also to the Empire State Building and the 5th Avenue.

My stay with Patricia was really great - both the place and the host. The apartment is centrally located, and very close to major trainlines (the 1, NR, and 6 are between 1 and 5 minutes walk) and to major tourist attractions (Times Square is a 10 minutes walk away, for example). My work was mainly at the Metropolitan Museum and Columbia University, and this was perfect. The apartment itself is great - everything I needed and could hope for - and it really felt like I was at home. Patricia is the most wonderful woman, and has a lot of local knowledge, including about the recent history of New York. Not only did that make a great addition to the stay, but personally, it didn't feel like I was traveling to New York alone. I will certainly be staying here again (if other people don't beat me to it)!!

I had a lovely time in New York and I have to say thanks a lot to Patricia. She's very kind - it was really nice to meet her. The location is quite good, there is the subway a few minutes to go. The room is very comfortable - I can definitly recommend Patricias apartment!

I had a wonderful time in New York and I have to say thanx to Patricia infinitely. She's a fantastic person, very kind and she helped me a lot. The apartment is located in a prime location, there is the subway just in the corner but I think that you can go to most of the place just walking. The room is very comfortable and as well the bathroom......and so, if I have to go back to New York, Patricia's house will definitely be my choice :)

I had a lovely stay at Patricia´s home and feel really safe and comfortable also. She is a very kind and respectful lady so it´s my suggestion choose her residence for a great time at the wonderful NYC !!

I had a wonderful stay in the centre of Manhattan and was welcomed by teh vibrant Patricia. Her house and conversation provided me with the 'feeling' of New York. Patricia welcomed me in and was as co-operative and visible as I needed. The house is set up so that you can be independent but it was great some days to return and regale stories of my adventures. Additionally, Patricia provided me with invaluable information about the city and its sights. The apartment was nenear Madison Square garden a short walk from Times Square and central to the majority of the major sights and transport hubs of NYC. I would recommend her place to anyone :-)

I had a wonderful time in NYC. Patricia is a fantastic host and her flat is luxuriously comfortable, in a great position with many attractions within a walking distance, 30 meters from the subway. It's a unique experience, nothing compare with a "normal" hotel. I will come back to Patricia & Chelsea, for sure!
