Gay and Straight friendly.

50 euros desposit in cash to be paid on arrival against keys / damage, returned on departure. 30 euros final cleaning fee applicable.

To keep anice and cool atmosphere in the apartment we always have good comuniction and to think about: - clean after yourself when You been to comun areas -specially in the kitchen and the toilets. No heavy parties - and silence after 23 o clock.
Non smoking, pets are not allowed.

Hi Mikael; thx for leting us stay in your beautiful apartement. Everything was good organised and especially the living room with the big balkony was really cool. One little minus: It was not really clean; especially in Kitchen and bathroom... Florian
