Emma is a board established guesthouses for travelers who want to backpack shoulder to visit Lucca and stay within a certain budget. Just a few kilometers from the medieval walls of Lucca is only 3 minutes from ' out of ' A11 motorway that connects to Viareggio - Pisa -Florence. You can reach Lucca by car ( 5 minutes ) - Bike (10 minutes) or train (4 minutes ) and only 300 meters from the guesthouse is the nearest railway station from where trains leave almost every hour to other cities such as Pisa and Lucca, Florence, Viareggio, etc.. So, even if the location is not within the walls, will allow you to move easily.
We also offer a shuttle service from / to the train station in Lucca and - upon request - to / from 'airport.
The environment is comfortable and familiar and the interior design is rustic with antique furniture. The staff is bilingual and always available to help, inform and guide the city and surrounding area during your stay in the Tuscan town. We also offer additional services such as babysitting fee - continental breakfast.
