House rules

Still Water 1.5 Ltr 1.5 liters and given soda, coffee, tea in the room. If more is needed, you can buy them cheaply from me.
Washing machine € 3.00, € 2.00 dryer

All rooms and bedrooms in this house are non smoking. In Room 2 is the ability to smoke on the balcony. (Not completed). We regret that pets are not permitted.

At the end of the lease the leased premises with all the keys are completely emptied and returned undamaged, lost keys and damage in the room, hall, shower room must be replaced.
A further subletting or other transfer for use to third parties, the guest is not allowed. The court of jurisdiction is the place.

Even if the guest does not use the room. To relet, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed time use full.

Thank you for the pleasant stay in the beautifully decorated rooms in Hamburg. We felt comfortable and the accommodation can recommend. A really nice room with everything a traveler could wish for. Quiet location for a restful sleep, everything super clean, a small kitchen with everything you need and it is a nice hostess. I would be there every time einquatieren again. =)
