Amazing room 3 near Venice!

Very comfortable accommodation, above a Chinese restaurant, recently renovated. 10 minute walk to train into Venice. Weekly travel pass cheap and efficient. Host's English language skills not too strong but we got by.

Everything was neat and a small breakfast and what was there. We are from there to Venice by train. The hotel is near a train station, so does all fit. I am again this year in Venice, but this time a little book on the island, because it's just nice to spend the night right there.

Very nice Chinese hosts with a restaurant in the building. Open kitchen with self-service. Coffee cook cooking with pads, milk pads, tea, easy. snacks are open on the table for the complacent self-control. Car is in the parking lot which is locked at night safely. Overall, everything is fine, 4 stars

We had a very nice stay in the bed and breakfast. Very clean and spacious room, nice breakfast. Only half an hour with the bus to Venice with the bus stop just across the road. I really recoment this nice place to anyone who vants to visit Venice.

Our room was very clean and confortable. One might initially think that it is very remote, but the bus quite close biringt you in 20min straight to Venice. The price per night is profitable all times.

Great, really recommend very welcome, super nickel apartment very clean and very beautiful and more food is very good and cheap to go to Venice with nothing nicer bus from the apartment I highly recommend I would return without hesitation

Room was clean, basic, practical to reach Venice. Warm welcome and hearty breakfast.

The hotel is quite far outside of Venice, Venice is very good with the train over a maximum of 2 stations - reach (Mestre Hospital, Mestre, Venice from Venice towards Undine back to Mogliano). It pays to buy a weekly ticket for 11.90, if you do not use up, you can give it away. The bus is not worth the stop is indeed close, but the bus does not come very often and is expensive (6.00 per trip). All the accommodation is clean, comfortable and recommended in any case. If you expect Italian coffee, you will be disappointed, there is a capsule machine, so bring yourself a milk frother, milk is always there, but Kapselcappuchino or drink, okay too. The large terrace is for a antrengenden running and walking around Venice very fun to hang out if you ignore the traffic noise from the nearby main road - I can not, other. However, it is equipped with sparse furnishings. A grocery store is within walking distance, the Gemüsehädler opposite. Breakfast is a sweet bunch of packaged croissants and crackers etc., so you can complement relaxed by shopping around. Overall, really good and cheap.

The bus stop to Venice is located less than 15 meters away from the apartment. The bus goes, if you will against 10 clock in the morning to Venice about 45 minutes and is overcrowded. Since we had the return flight from Treviso, we opted for Mogliano - but also from Venice is a bus for 7 euros directly to Treviso airport and the luggage can be abandoned at the train station. In the restaurant there is food for 5 euros, but you should if you want to be sick to take the menu for 14 euros. 2 rooms are on the street and very noisy. The beds are new, but squeaking with every movement. In addition, you should be able Italian, because the landlord unfortunately not understand a word of English (except for the nice and helpful daughter of the house). I asked before our last night, if we can check out about 18 clock since our flight did not leave until the evening, and we wanted the day to Venice yet. Since no guest would come after us, it was said that this was not a proplem. Unfortunately we found when we came back in the afternoon, all of our stuff back on a sofa in front of the kitchen. I would not be there again!
