Magnifica experience. Raul very helpful and professional with us. The apartment in a prime location to visit Madrid. 5 minutes from the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Congress, Sol, Gran Via. Clean, spacious, and secure. Only if there is something better. It would put the thermos of hot water for a shower larger than 4 people is right. I said very good experience

Our visit in Madrid was great, and much because of the location of the apartment that Eduardo could offer. The price is great and Eduardo is very friendly and helpful. He is also speaking perfect english which is very helpful when you don´t speak spanish and don´t know the town.

Apartment located in the heart of the city. Spacious, functional, in a small busy street. Secure residence with caretaker. All shops in scope and open late. Pedestrian streets nearby.

The apartment is nice, is bigger than it looks in the photos and is well equipped. Regarding Eduardo Raúl, is very friendly, helpful and friendly. It also offers information.

Lovely apartment, easy to find and close to Madrid's center; bed was a bit hard, though, and it was quite noisy - although that may just have been because it was Saturday night.

Great location, within walking distance of everything. The apartment is very cozy, well decorated, bed and sofa bed very comfortable and plenty of natural light. Many details. Air conditioning and wifi. Some noise if you sleep in the lounge because although no bars below, the surrounding streets are bustling. The room very quiet. A apartment fully recommended.
