HISTORIC CENTRE. SPECIAL OFFER for MAY and JUNE reservations

We spent 4 days in the apartment in late May. The appatment is very well located in the center of Madrid and is very functionel. The Wifi was stable and fast and the hot water... well, VERY hot. It would only have been nice, if there were a little more pressure on the hot water in the shower, but I guess, that problem goes for all the appartments in the building. Raul was very kind and very careful in explaining every. Also communicatrion with Raul before and during the stay was excellent. All in all a perfect stay.

Magnifica experience. Raul very helpful and professional with us. The apartment in a prime location to visit Madrid. 5 minutes from the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Congress, Sol, Gran Via. Clean, spacious, and secure. Only if there is something better. It would put the thermos of hot water for a shower larger than 4 people is right. I said very good experience

Our visit in Madrid was great, and much because of the location of the apartment that Eduardo could offer. The price is great and Eduardo is very friendly and helpful. He is also speaking perfect english which is very helpful when you don´t speak spanish and don´t know the town.

Apartment located in the heart of the city. Spacious, functional, in a small busy street. Secure residence with caretaker. All shops in scope and open late. Pedestrian streets nearby.

The apartment is nice, is bigger than it looks in the photos and is well equipped. Regarding Eduardo Raúl, is very friendly, helpful and friendly. It also offers information.

Lovely apartment, easy to find and close to Madrid's center; bed was a bit hard, though, and it was quite noisy - although that may just have been because it was Saturday night.

The apartment is exactly as described and the position in the city is just perfect. Raul is helpful but unobtrusive.

The flat is very nice, clean, spacious, and well located (in the center of Madrid, near from the subway). Towel and shower gel were available.
