Waterfront Apartment, Canary Wharf

Do not ever think about renting from this host! Since the first day, I called the host to fix the towel rail and the broadband internet, they told me to wait for 5 days before they can come and fix it. But still the host cannot fix it, so I cannot use the towel rail and the internet. I told them to call the internet service provider to see what is the problem, but the host said "This is out of my control". So I ended up paying for the BT hotspot during the time I stay here. And on the Wimdu website it says flexible check-out, I believe that I can check out anytime, so I booked the cab to pick my me and my family at 14.00. But the host call me in the morning on the last day and told me that I have to leave before 10 o'clock. When I say, I see your apartment is flexible check-out time, the replied that I have to confirm first. But how would I know? Is it the host duty to ask and arrange everything? To conclude, the place is not good, some stuff inside are broken and the host cannot fix it for you. The host is not helpful at all. I warn you, better find another place rather than this apartment.

Friendly welcome. The accommodation was comfortable and met our expectations. A little more: the lovely indoor pool and gym that children are much appreciated.

Nice spacious flat with a great wiev.

Shortly before arrival, the apartment was replaced due to water damage to another in the same building. Location was ideal for sightseeing. Apartment was clean, plenty of dishes, very good kitchen equipment. Total indicated and recommend. Living room was a bit noisy because of rail and road noise. A large double bed blanket, extra blanket costs 10 pounds.
