Splendid and large flat suitable for families or groups of friends. The apartment includes the following amenities and services:

4 Bedrooms: 1 double bedroom, 1 room fitted with twin beds, 1 single room with extra single bed available (stored underneath the single bed) and 1 with bunk beds.
2 Bathroom with bathtub / shower and toilet. Comfortable living room with sofa and chairs.
A well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and washing machine, air Conditioning, a balcony, TV, Wi-fi internet connection, hairdryer, iron, towels and linen provided, cot and baby’s high chair upon request.

Optional services: daily or weekly cleaning. Internet WIFI. Baby-sitting. Ticket and reservation services. We can book tickets for the theatre, football or any other event. Guided tours walking and on bycicle. Taxi service and catering service.
"Pick-up" transport: from the airport (Barcelona or Girona) to the apartment with car or Van. If you need these services, please contact with me.

Additional cleaning services: 40 €/day

NOT INCLUDED in the price: Touristic tax 0.72€/person/day (collected during check-in upon arrival).

Check in & check out:
Check out must be maximum at 10:00 am, anyway the luggage can be stored until 09:00 pmon weekly days in our office. On your arrival day we will meet you in the apartment from 01:00 pm.
If your arrival to the apartment is later than 10:00 pm we will charge you 30 euros extra.

Noise:
It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) after 09:00 pm.
Parties are not allowed.
Meetings in the landings or in the entrance are not permitted.

Security:
Always close the door to the street. It is important to ensure after entering or leaving that the door remains securely closed.
Do not open the door to commercial mail.

Trash:
Do not leave trash bags in the landings or in the entrance. The trash should be left in closed plastic bags in the street in front of the entrance between the hours of 08:00 - 10:00 pm.

Smoke:
Smoke in the apartment is not allowed.

Lights and air conditioning:
Turn off the air-conditioning and lights if you leave the apartment.

Behaviour:
The client if obliged to use the apartment only for the purpose for which it is intended.
Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents has to be reported immediately to the host. The client shall pay such damage.
The client has a duty to behave in a civic manner and to respect the normal co-existence rules. In the case that these general co-existence rules are not kept, the host has the right to demand the guests to vacate the apartment.

Caution deposit:

Your credit card number will be used as guarantee in case of damages in the apartment during your stay. No charge will be done except if damages occur.

98% Satisfaction! LOCATION: EXCELLENT. Walking arrive anywhere. Holy Family is a few blocks away and there are restaurants and cafes with great food, affordable prices and great service. There are all kinds of businesses close as pharmacies, bakeries, butchers, greengrocers. Even next to the apartment building a supermarket to buy from wine to hygiene products. SPACE DEPARTMENT: BIG. We were 7 adults and had no problems of space. The 2 banhos were more than enough and were excellently clean and the water was never hot (although we were without water manhana, but in the afternoon he returned). The rooms were very clean (along with the sheets and towels) and beds very comfortable. The furniture in the rooms is very basic, but perfect to accommodate your clothes or accessories without any problems. The room is very cozy to eat together, drink and watch TV. The kitchen was big enough for at least 3 people are cooking or washing dishes. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans were clean and did not need to buy anything extra. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön.Unsere Vorstellungen wurden erfüllt. Die Betreuer waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Im Service hätten wir uns über eine zweite Decke und besser schneidende Messer gefreut. Zusammendfassend haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

L'appartement est parfaitement aménagé et dispose d'une fenêtre dans chaque pièce. La chambre donne sur une terasse de plus de 50 m² avec vue sur la Sagrada !

hôte à l'écoute qui cherche à apporter des solutions, cependant l'appartement ne correspondait pas à ce que nous attendions : frigo qu'il a fallu dégivrer en cours de séjour (bruit atroce), terrasse non privative, pas de four, très très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine (même pas un saladier, 5 verres à eau...prévoir de faire sa vaisselle à la main plusieurs fois par jour), logement très sombre même avec toutes les lumières allumées nous avons ajouté un lampadaire supplémentaire dans la salle de bain. Bref, un rapport qualité prix très moyen!!!

Después de 8 días por Italia, llegamos a Barcelona como final de nuestro largo viaje y la verdad es que el alojamiento nos encantó. Moderno, con todas las comodidades que un apartamento pueda tener; toallas limpias y buenas, ropa de cama estupenda, menaje completo de cocina, habitaciones cuidadas al detalle, zonas comunes amplias y la ubicación en la ciudad inmejorable. Nos fuimos muy contentos (eramos un grupo de 7 personas) con ganas de volver a Barcelona y repetir la experiencia. INCREIBLE.

L'appartamento è molto carino e pulito, fresco. La mia sosta è stata per lavoro, perciò la sera potevo lavorare senza disturbare chi dormiva, perché le stanze sono tutte separate. La cucina è ben attrezzata. Il terrazzo grandissimo e ottimo per prendere il sole. I gestori dell'appartamento molto cordiali ed efficienti. Unico suggerimento, qualche sdraio in più o un gazebino sul terrazzo per proteggersi dal sole aggressivo. Voto 9 su 10!
