House rules

Keep clean and tidy.
Can't make noise & held party.
Can't do any illegal / immoral use.
No smoking in the apartment, or else a fee of HK$5,000 will be charged!

Please provide proof of identification, eg. passport, to Landlord for verification & record.

Please prepare HK$1000 cash for security deposit upon check-in. It will be fully refund if there is no damage to the furniture or appliances inside the apartment.

Early check-in (from 9am to 3pm), only possible if no guest is staying there the night before): HK$50/hr extra charge
Late check-out (after 12pm), only possible if no guest is checking in right after : HK$50/hr extra charge
Check-in between midnight and 8:30am are not suggest, extra charge depended on time.

This is a three bedroom apartment but the beds are singles (albeit large singles). They are not quite a double. So, if you are tall or a couple, the beds are not suitable. It is more suitable for three separte medium sized adults. Any more than that would be too much in the small space. The bathroom is also extreemly tiny, with your knees hitting the door when you sit on the toilet and the shower too small to turn around in. Having said that however, space is a precious comoddity in HK and most apartments are small, so as far as small apartments go, this one is very good. It is clean, tidy and has catered for everything you could possibly need. The location is excellent, i mean really excellent. You couldn't be closer to the MTR and everything else you could possibly need. The main improvement would be to add WiFi. Wifi is free and available almost everywhere and in every apartment, cafe and hotel in HK, so this apartment could really benefit from that. I would easily reccomend this place for small groups of people - less than 3, who are looking for great value for money and an excellent location. The host is absolutely lovely, she is very friendly and accomodating.

The apartment very clean, nice and spacious for Hong Kong. The central neighborhood, the subway eo meters away. Finally a comfortable stay. If Homg Kong back to return to this apartamento.Lo recommend
