We have a one bedroom garden apartment with rare underground secure parking in a modern building, in the heart of Bondi Beach village, literally 500m to the beachfront. We cater for up to four adults with one queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the lounge. We have a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob / cooktop, electric oven, microwave, full fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. It is a relaxed beachside style with dining indoors or out and the kitchen bench top also can be used as a breakfast bar. We have a BBQ in the private garden / terrace for outdoor dining and relaxing. Full bathroom with bath tub and over-bath shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, hair dryer is also provided. The apartment is ideally convenient for families with child's cot, highchair and children's toys available if needed. All linens, towels and beach towels are provided.

When you stay at this garden apartment in Bondi Beach you can expect a laid-back retreat knowing that anything and everything you should need is available in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is set back from the main street which allows for easy access to all that Bondi Beach has to offer whilst being able to retreat to a quiet relaxing environment. The apartment is private and secure and very convenient with level lift access as well as stroller or wheelchair access if needed.

The Bondi Beach village is very vibrant - there are numerous eateries, shops, beachfront and in the trendy streets behind the beach with venues to cater for all budgets. Public transport to the heart of the city, Opera House, ferry terminals is literally across the street.

Wireless Internet is provided as is a large flat screen TV with cable TV (Foxtel). The basic package is connected; guests may add to this package for an additional charge upon request.

This is a super convenient, perfectly located offering great value for money with no extra charges for additional people, secure parking, wifi, children's items. When you confirm your booking, instructions for locating and accessing the property will be emailed to you directly, along with the house rules, which are summarised below for our guests.

The house rules are to ensure everyone can enjoy their stay and the apartment without disturbance. If you have any further queries or questions please write to us.

Check In Time: From 2pm
Check Out Time: 10am Strict

We do our best to be flexible to allow our guests early check in whenever we can. We are aware of the long flights many of our guests take and the early landings at Sydney Airport. Please note we are often fully booked with guests leaving and arriving on the same day and the only way to guarantee an early check in is to book the previous night. It is important that we have the time to ensure our cleaners and linen services are able to make the apartment ready for our new guests.

There is a departure cleaning fee payable and includes the thorough cleaning of the property and the linen and laundry services of $180. If you would like a weekly service or linen change please let us know and we can help to arrange.

During Your Stay

The garbage/rubbish area is on the ground floor inside the loading dock next to the building entry and is accessible through the door opposite the unit’s front door. We ask all our guests to ensure that garbage/rubbish is removed from the property and disposed of appropriately in the bins. Red is for household rubbish; blue for cardboard and paper and yellow for glass and recyclable plastics.

We ask our guests to clean all cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, etc. Please place any last items in the dishwasher and turn on before you leave so the housekeeper can simply put away the dry items.

Cable Television - the Foxtel service provided is the basic starter package. Guests are able to upgrade the Foxtel package, if they wish, at their own cost. Foxtel conduct upgrades on a monthly basis and not for shorter periods. If you would like to upgrade the package please advise at time of booking.

Wifi service is provided at no extra charge. Passwords are available upon arrival.

Please use the beach towels for outdoor activities and wash separately from the other linens when returning from the beach. Thank you.

The entire property is strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

We advise you to lock the security doors as well as the sliding glass doors to the garden / terrace area when you leave the apartment and at night. Also ensure that both locks on the front door are secure each time you leave the apartment. Guests should ensure they have their own travel insurance for their personal items.

Lock Outs - In the event that a guest locks themselves out charges for re-entry and any key replacement or locksmith will be charged. Loss of keys and garage door opener will need to be charged.


Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or inclusions that they or their invitees cause during their stay. It is an express condition that guests staying in our apartment will at all times conduct themselves in a manner that does not create annoyance for neighbours or other occupants of the building. They are also responsible for the behaviour of their guests. In the event that there are special by laws of which notice is given at time of booking, guests undertake to comply with these. Failure to observe this condition may result in the cancellation of your booking and eviction from the property with all monies paid being retained by the owner.
